The Strategic Solutions Community Foundation provides welfare and public benefit by raising funds from its internal advisers and employees. These are distributed with the intention of supporting the local community. Distributions are usually made to small charities and suppliers located in the UK local to Strategic Solutions clients. The provision of sex and relationship education to children and young people in secondary schools in the Poole and Bournemouth Area and such parts of the UK as the trustees may from time to time determine.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE CHARITABLE TRUST ARE:1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH2) THE SAVING OF LIVES3) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED OF BY REASON OF ILL HEALTH, DISABILITY OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE4) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS TRUSTEES SEE FIT, IN PARTICULAR ASSISTANCE TO CHARITABLE HOSPICES, TO CHARITIES FOR THE RELIEF OF CANCER SUFFERERS AND TO THE ROYAL NATIONAL LIFEBOAT INSTITUTION.

We provide a Community Centre which comprises a Hall, Kitchen, and Meeting Rooms. A Members Bar is run by a Ltd Company, BH17 Community Club Ltd. The Hall is regularly used for groups such as Fitness Classes, Youth and Adult Dance Lessons, Ladies Badminton, a Youth Drama Group, Slimming World Sessions. Parties and Functions. We run a Community Fridge open to everyone.

The relief of the poor and needy in Ferndown and Parley, any other part of the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the world, or such other charitable purpose, institution or object as the members of the CIO shall in duly constituted meeting direct.

The provision of Almshouses.

To further the saving of lives, whether by prevention or rescue, for the public benefit by promoting water safety in all aspects of water activities. To assist members by offering support in undertaking operational patrol, rescue and competitive lifesaving activities, providing opportunities to acquire, maintain and improve lifeguarding and lifesaving skills, qualifications and physical fitness.

To work towards the elimination of racial discrimination and promote equality of opportunity and good relations between persons of different racial groups throughout Dorset including the towns of Dorchester, Weymouth, Poole, and Bournemouth and the areas of north, west, south and east Dorset.

We advance Bible based Christian teaching for members of the public and the Christadelphian Community centred around Poole and Bournemouth. We hold meetings which are open to the public usually at our Hall in Douglas Road Parkstone. We collect for many charities, both as part of the Christadelphian ecosystem and for local and national charities. We strive to serve our members and the public.

Poole Sea Cadets provides training for young people aged 12 to 18 based on Naval Traditions and Discipline.Our activities include sailing to RYA standards, Pulling (rowing) Adventure Training, PT, Shooting and Swimming. We have an active band which performs at functions & ceremonies.Cadets can train in specialisations from Catering through Radio Operator to Electrical & Mechanical Engineering

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by assisting through the raising and distribution of funds and the provision of facilities for the playing and coaching of sport and which will be in memory of Steve Bernard.

The preparation, study and performance of choral and orchestral music for the public. To study and prepare existing music and to commission new works. To facilitate arts activity in the local community.

To provide the facilities of a village hall for residents of Canford Cliffs and surrounding area.

PTA for Lilliput Infant School

By providing a fully dedicated Self-Care Co-ordinator, who organises a range of gentle activitiesthat promote a healthy lifestyle. The Co-ordinator also provides practical guidance and support tomembers who face the challenge of managing, or recovering from ME/CFS. Other support includes monthly meetings across Dorset, twice year newsletters, updates on latest research, helpful events.

Fundraising is a major part of our activities and directly contributes to the improvement of the school, and in turn, benefits all of the children within the school. We provide a way to build the whole school community, including links with the wider society, all of which benefits the school and offers a positive influence within the local area.

Providing safe free space for vulnerable groups, providing meeting space for childrens groups, yoga, line dancing, dance groups, Poole Pentecostal Church. Raising funds for cancer patients, running annual community events

The charity makes grants to organisations engaged in activities in keeping with the trusts' objectives; prevention of the abuse of alcohol and other substances and to assist persons suffering from such abuse and to help their families and dependents.

The activities & aims of the Scout Association.

The Charity is a church which holds Sunday services, midweek meetings and Sunday School for students up to the age of 20, all of which are open to the public. To advance the education of children and young people between the ages of 7-16 in Bournemouth in Turkish language and in English language, traditions and culture by the provision of a supplemental school.Our community centre hall and rooms provide a valuable educational and recreational resource to all in our local community.

Raising money to support the children at Broadstone Middle School via a variety of events and activities.

CLUB 21 PROVIDES A TWICE WEEKLY PROGRAMME OF SOCIAL AND LEISURE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES, ENABLING MEET UP WITH FRIENDS ON A REGULAR BASIS AT A FAMILIAR BASE AND IN AND AROUND POOLE. FAMILY MEMBERS CAN HAVE REGULAR BREAKS FROM CARING AND INDIVIDUALS NOW LIVING MORE INDEPENDENTLY IN THE COMMUNITY, CAN MAINTAIN FRIENDSHIPS AND MAKE NEW CONTACTS.
