Moors, hills, forests and streams provide opportunities for personal and social development and training through experience of challenging outdoor activities. Erwood Pit Stop Trust is consituted to supply public amenities by providing and maintaining public conveniences in the Erwood geographical area for the public benefit.

Provides financial grants to PCCs in the Hereford Diocese and certain border parishes for the restoration of church bells for full-circle ringing.

Pays net income to maintain the cemetery at Presteigne, Powys - payment is made to the Powys County Council who carry out the maintenance.

Providing facilities to encourage wildlife and biodiversity development, eg nesting boxes, clear areas of invasive species and litter pick as required.

Forden Recreation Association operates Forden Community Centre for the benefit of the residents of Forden and surrounding area, and also for the use of children attending Forden Church in Wales Primary School.
