To support the educational aspirations of individuals and organisations through donations, sponsorship and bursaries; Where appropriate, the Trust may make donations in support of capital projects at educational establishments to maximise the beneficial effect of Trust benevolence. The Trust will aim to focus its support within Shropshire and adjoining counties.

HAZINA is working in close co-operation with the population of Bangalala, Tanzania on a variety of development projects. The projects are chosen and prioritised according to the communities identified needs in the village. HAZINA is currently concentrating their efforts on supporting the development of the Bangalala secondary school.

Scouting activities for boys and girls living in the Group's catchment area, which includes Coelbren, Caehopkin, Penycae and Abercrave in the Swansea Valley. The Group has a Beaver Colony, a Cub Scout Pack and a Scout troop.

Community service and activities

The Charity provides both financial and practical support to young musicians who play in Montgomeryshire Youth Music groups including our established orchestra and concert band plus new groups such as woodwind, percussion and guitar. They raise funds to enable members to take part in weekly orchestral rehearsals, attend specialist workshops and attend residential courses.

Hay2Timbuktu helps to raise and administer funding for charitable activities - principally medical and educational - conducted under the auspices of Hay-on-Wye's twinning with Timbuktu in Mali, West Africa

Mythstories works with words, keeping oral heritage alive. We run a museum; organise projects and events to celebrate the heritage art of storytelling; link stories to landscape; share stories for community cohesion. We use storytelling as a gateway to literacy and communication skills. All age groups get involved in projects or visit the museum. Users are usually young people and families.

Advancing the education of the pupils in the school, in particular by:1. Developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school; and2. Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

The provision and maintenance of a Museum of Robert Owen artifacts and a reading room for the benefit and use of the inhabitants of the Town of Newtown & Llanllwchaiarn and the surrounding area.

Maintain and support Crai Community Hall for the continued use and benefit of the local community.

The Marjivy Trust enriches and benefits communities in the Crickhowell area of mid-Wales. It provides relief to those in need through the provision of grants and donations to organisations in areas relating to music, the arts, religion, community projects, relief of poverty and the emergency services.

The Llandeilo'r Fan Village Hall Committee looks after the maintenance of the hall so that it is in good order for the community, and surrounding area to make good use of it in all kinds of recreational ways. This helps to keep the community together.

To assist the widows or dependents of Clergy in the Archdeaconries of Brecon and Gower

The Charity operates in the boundaries of the Town of Montgomery and has income from investments and rents from land owned by the charity. The income is distributed to the elderly and those who may be in need of help

To hold The Llidiartywaen Community Centre upon trust for the purpose of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Community of Llidiartywaen and surrounding area, without distinction of political, religious or other opinions which includes the use for meetings, recreation and leasure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of the life for the people of the area.
