Mythstories works with words, keeping oral heritage alive. We run a museum; organise projects and events to celebrate the heritage art of storytelling; link stories to landscape; share stories for community cohesion. We use storytelling as a gateway to literacy and communication skills. All age groups get involved in projects or visit the museum. Users are usually young people and families.

To assist with providing facilities and to promote activities within the community and old parish of Tregynon in the interest of social welfare and to improve and benefit the conditions of life of its inhabitants, including the support of societies, clubs, organisations or community projects

The Charity operates in the boundaries of the Town of Montgomery and has income from investments and rents from land owned by the charity. The income is distributed to the elderly and those who may be in need of help
