The Halo Project supports BME women and families with specialist advocacy by promoting the human rights of women through empowerment, education and specialist intervention programmes including emergency specialist accommodation. Our services, programmes & provision enhances safety & protection through trauma-informed approaches developed through lived experiences, preventing abuse and harm.

Three13 uses work-based training to increase the skills, confidence and hope of local people to see social and economic transformation. Looking to prevent poverty at its root and address the health and wealth inequalities faced by those furthest from the jobs market, we deliver accredited, practical training to join the dots between their needs and needs of the communities in which they live

Provision of sports facilities for community use including those for archery, athletics, bowls, cricket, football, hockey, squash and tennis consistent with the objectives of the Charity. The Charity also owns a Community Interest Company providing social facilities, acting as the umbrella body for non-sporting activities and also to generate revenues for the Charity.

Choysez works on a part time basis with young people throughout Northumberland aged 9 - 16 years. We support and empower them to take advantage of life's opportunities. Young people at Choysez have individually designed programmes to help gain nationally recognised qualifications and to boost their self esteem. Choysez delivers these programmes through a range of indoor and outdoor activities.

We work with migrant people in the North East of England, especially Sunderland. We focus on those with limited access to information and support network, including migrants and refugee and the Eastern European community. We came to being in 2009 and have now converted to a CIO. Preservation and promotion of the Ironstone Industrial Heritage of East Cleveland through the ironstone mining museum. Preserving. conserving and displaying artefacts, photographs and documents. Providing an interpretative educational experience, collecting relevant social memorabilia and promoting tourism and regeneration of the Skinningrove Valley.

We support people across Teesside and North Yorkshire with a past conviction into paid employment. Our mentored approach ensures we select those who are stable, ready, and committed before referring into our network of socially invested employers.

Team Solan is a charity created to help people impacted by a cancer. diagnosis or bereavement. Our aim is to help improve the quality of life of those affected by cancer within the North East of England. We provide bespoke help, support, advice and signposting for families and individuals who are dealing with the turmoil that cancer can bring.

Undertaking religious activities in Guisborough, providing services and facilities for the use of the congregation and the local community, and supporting other charitable organisations.

Religious Activities

We provide free period/incontinence product's, toiletries, clothing, shoes, bedding & food to anyone in need across Tess Valley. The customers we support are people referred to us from our referral partners. The item's given to beneficiaries are donations made by the public or purchased with funding from other sources. We support anyone with financial, emotional, vulnerability or crisis issues.

We are a grant giving charitable trust which supports local organisations, charities and groups working primarily for and with people with sight loss. Grants are only awarded to those organisations who operate within our beneficial area of Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Tees Valley, North Yorkshire and Cumbria. We do not award grants to individuals.
