Dementia Harborough is aimed at people in Market Harborough and surrounding areas recently diagnosed with dementia with their carers, to provide fun, companionship and information.We run a monthly Dementia Cafe with activities and guest speakers. Our monthly Singing for Memories group offers the opportunity to join in song and music. Additionally we arrange other activities and outings.

Offering grant aid to individuals and organisations in the Oakham area.

A Mixed Chamber choir of twenty or so voices based at Peterborough Cathedral. The Choir performs concerts in and around Peterborough and occasionally combines with other choirs and orchestras for joint concerts. Services are regularly sung at Peterborough and other Cathedrals and music provided for society weddings.

General Charitable Purposes

The financial support of music in and assistance with the maintenance of the fabric of the Parish Church known as All Saints in the town of Oakham, Rutland.

The charity aims to provide financial aid for people and organisations living in the Brooke, Oakham, Braunston, Riddlington and Morcott.The charity awards small grants with the intention of improving their daily lives, focusing on the needs of children, the sick and the elderly.

Fundraising for maintenance of fabric of Village Hall and other community activities

To fund local, national and international charitable objects and purposes.

PARENT, TEACHER & FRIENDS ASSOCIATION RAISING FUNDS FOR RYHALL CE ACADEMY

In order to achieve the objects of the charity, principally to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music [summarised], the choir rehearse a broad repertoire of choral music throughout the academic year culminating in performances given throughout the year at various venues in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Community Hall

The purpose of the Charity is to make donations or grants to any individual, charitable society, institution or organisation within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nottingham, which includes Leicester and Market Harborough which are within the objects of St Vincent de Paul Society (England and Wales) charity number 1053992 i.e. the general benefit of poor persons and other charitable work.

Girlguiding Rutland is part of the worldwide association of girl guides. The aim of guiding is to help girls and young women develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world.

No activities, other than advertising our presence in all local newspapers , village Newsletters and notice boards

Village Hall

Village hall is let out to various groups from the local area. Fund raising activities are held throughout the year.

For the benefit of the public, to maintain, repair, restore, preserve, improve and enhance St Nicholas Church, Thistleton, Rutland. To raise funds through activities, donations and grants and apply these funds to the work of the charity.

The Advancement of Education and in particular the education of older people and those who are retired from full time work by all means, including associated activities conducive to learning and personal development

Provision of sports and community based activities

The principal activity of the trust continues to be that of providing support to disadvantaged and the ethnic minority communities in the field of education, culture and social welfare.
