National Zakat Foundation (NZF) is a national charity which enables local Muslims to connect their Zakat to those who need it in the UK. NZF provides support to individuals and families in need through grants for Hardship Relief, Housing & Work, and Education.NZF also helps educate Zakat givers about calculating and giving Zakat correctly.

The Charity provides services that enhance the quality of life of the fire services community through a range of support to meet their mental, physical and social needs.

The charity is an independent grant-making organisation created to benefit the public in general by making grants to selected charitable organisations that work in the broad areas of disadvantaged young people, homelessness, refugees and asylum seekers, education and access to opportunity. Applications for funding are by invitation only and we are unable to respond to unsolicited proposals.

The Trust's objects ("the Objects") are to relieve sickness in particular but not exclusively, by supporting helicopter led emergency medical services and funding primary helicopter landing sites at major trauma centres and key accident and emergency hospitals and specialist treatment centres to help end preventable loss of life and reduce the severity of injuries caused by secondary transfers.

Charity exists to promote horse welfare. In UK through rehabilitation centres where horses can be returned to health ; Field Officers investigate welfare concerns and give advice.Overseas by working with communities and local bodies to provide equine and other skills to help working horses.Internationally by campaigning for improved welfare and an end to long distance transport for slaughter

The Message Trust is a worldwide movement with a passion to share the love of Jesus Christ in words and actions with the hardest-to-reach young people and vulnerable adults, through creative mission, community transformation, Christ-centred enterprise and programmes working with those who are poor.

The principal objects of the charity are the advancement of education health and employment of people in need, in particular disadvantaged communities, by supporting projects that address these issues. SafeLives, formerly known as CAADA is a national charity supporting a strong multi-agency response to domestic abuse. SafeLives provides practical tools, training, guidance, quality assurance, policy and data insight to support professionals and organisations working with domestic abuse victims. The aim is to protect the highest risk victims and their children.

Freedom from Torture is a human rights organisation which exists to enable survivors of torture to engage in a healing process. We provide direct care, treatment and protection services in five UK centres. We engage in activism in order to bring the plight of torture survivors to light and carry out research that underpins our policy and advocacy work.

We are the professional body for people working in the housing profession. By promoting the standards and ideals of housing and training and educating those engaged in the housing profession we aim to maximize the contribution that housing professionals make to the wellbeing of communities. We have over 18,000 members primarily in the UK but also in over 20 other countries across five continents.

The objects of the Charity are the education, treatment and care of persons suffering from learning disabilities,which includes the dissemination of good practice both nationally and internationally.The Charity achieves this by having a School which provides education and care for 28 children and the provision of training courses though the Training and Consultancy Department.

The company administers a charity voucher system, whereby clients gift aid funds into the charity's account. The charity reclaims basic rate tax on such donations on behalf of such clients. Sub-accounts in the donors names are created and the reclaimed tax is added to this account, funds being distributed to charities on the donors instructions.

Wycliffe UK exists to enable all peoples to engage with the Bible in a language which speaks to their heart. Activities focus on raising awareness of the need for Bible translation into languages without Christian Scripture, and resourcing international partners with people, prayer, and financial support to enable successful translation projects.

GRANTMAKER

The principal object for which the Institute is established and incorporated is to promote and facilitate worldwide the determination of disputes by arbitration and alternative means of private dispute resolution other than resolution by the court. The main beneficiaries of the work carried out by the Institute are its members and the general public, both in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.

We support research with the aim of finding treatments and effective cures and we drive improvements in health care. We provide information and advice, campaign to raise awareness, provide care and support. Further, we enable people to lead as full and rich a life as possible through the provision of advocacy support and equipment grants as well as campaigns to remove barriers to independence.

We are one of the largest independent foundations in the UK. Our primary interests are in the arts, children and young people, the environment and social change.

THE TRUST'S OBJECTIVES ARE TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAME OF TENNIS IN ANY PART OF GREAT BRITAIN, THE CHANNEL ISLANDS AND THE ISLE OF MAN. THE AIMS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PLAYING TENNIS, MINI TENNIS OR OTHER TENNIS RELATED ACTIVITY IN LINE WITH THE LTA FACILITIES STRATEGY.

KidsOut brings fun and happiness into the lives of disadvantaged children. We do this by providing day trips, fun experiences, toys and books to those who might otherwise have none, throughout the UK, helping them regain some sense of normality while promoting wellbeing.

The fund has two aims; To provide a higher total return (the combination of capital growth and income), net of the ongoing charge figure, than that of a composite index over any five-year period and to provide an annual yield of at least 3%. The Cure Parkinson's Trust's purpose is to fund research to hasten a cure for this debilitative neurological condition. The charity's primary role is identifying, funding and evaluating research projects, as well as hosting scientific forums to bring relevant scientists within the field together, to discuss key areas of research and technology.

To support parents and families who care for a disabled child by:- Providing access to good quality advice and information, broad ranging appropriate support and contact with other families which will lead to positive outcomes;- Influencing changes in policy and practice in order to substantially improve the quality of lives of parents and families and their children.
