The main activity of the Trust is to provide support for those who are socially and economically underprivileged and disadvantaged - in particular refugees, asylum seekers, victims of trafficking, people in prison, those with physical and/or mental health issues.

The company plays a monitoring role within a group of charities spread around the world, all operating under the Radio Lollipop banner. Countries represented are England, Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa and the USA. The charities have the common objective of providing care, comfort and entertainment to children in hospital through broadcasting and play activities.

To assist the haematology staff at Kings College Hospital with the provision of much needed laboratory equipment, particulary in the areas of Sickle Cell Disease and Thalassaemia.

Activities related to advancing the objects of the charity, primarily research and education and communication.

We provide support and information to individuals, families and health professionals who are affected by, or come into contact with Ring Chromosome 20 Syndrome, or r(20) for short, an ultra-rare disease, the main symptom being difficult to treat epilepsy.We raise funds to help promote research into r(20) to try to improve overall quality of life for those living with the disease.

It awards grants to organisations working on biodiversity, soil and water, health, regenerative agriculture, better food and public access to nature.

The aim of the Trust, the first of its kind, is to make it possible for both serving and ex-Royal Air Force personnel and their dependants with a severe disability to take holidays in the UK and abroad on equal terms with able bodied people. An important part of this aim is to enable families to holiday together in a property integrated with the able-bodied holiday community.

Provides education, healer training, medical profession interface, information for public and institutions, a public register of complementary practitioners, support for Members. Funds Research. Increases public and professional awareness of Healing as a complementary therapy alongside mainstream medicine. Promotes employment of healers in hospitals, primary care, hospices and nursing homes.

Bringing children and books together throughout the UK

We deliver mental health programmes to the rugby and sporting community, building teams of mental health champions and providing a safe environment to educate on mental health, split into different areas for discussion. For example: what is mental health? Dealing with stress etc. We also provide Mental Health First Aid training via our support network of qualified trainers.

We train volunteers for the National Breastfeeding helpline, and support families across the UK, as well as via Webchat, Social Media messages and emails. This support can be accessed by anyone in the UK, of any background, 365 days a year. Some of our trained volunteers provide in-person support on a 1:1 basis and at groups.

Promote interest and scholarship in both the scientific and applied aspects of Hydrology. To hold regular meetings to discuss subjects lying within these fields. Disseminate information relating to both national and international activities and developments.

Provide support to workers in the scientific field of rheology through the provision of services such as regular publications, organisation of conferences and meetings, conferring of awards, travel bursaries, etc.

The Smallest Things is a premature baby charity promoting the good health of babies born prematurely and supporting families after neonatal intensive care.The charity supports children and their families on a lasting journey, from advocating for exended parental leave after birth, to helping teachers to better support the educational needs of children born prematurely in school.

Providing information about this rare syndrome to families and professionals. Links with other CDLS support groups around the world to give information in different languages, meetings & research.

To Provide support for people with tremors, by means of raising monies through subscriptions & donations which go towards manning an office & helpline,maintaining a website, research & aid to individual support groups throughout England & Wales

We promote and teach the skills-craft of knotting and associated crafts to members of the public (retired groups -WI, youth groups-scouts, guides, army/sea cadets). We hold a library of knot books for reference, for public use. We publish (quarterly) a knotting magazine. We maintain a website including a forum for information exhange including tutorials.

To rescue unwanted or abandoned English Pointer dogs and to foster or re-home for adoption in a secure permenant home.
