The Charity operates in the Lancashire and Sefton area.

To promote the Christian religion by such legally charitable means as the Trustees shall in their discretion think fit in Formbynear Liverpool and the area around it and in furtherance of these objects to:-1. To provide youth clubs and constructive activities for children and young people of all faiths or none.2. To assist in their development as individuals and to foster good citizenship.

Welfare support and comradeship within Huyton, Roby and Liverpool areas

Provides children of the ages of 6 to 17 years, the chance to play outdoor sports (mainly football), in an organised manner. Educational activities include the teaching of chess

The principal activity of the charity is to provide grants to assist overseas students at higher education institutions, studying in the Diocese of Liverpool.

The object of the charity is to offer a safe, friendly and neutral environment in Greater Manchester and Merseyside where children of separated families can spend time with one or both parents and other family members.It is a child-centred environment that puts the needs of the children first.

General charitable purposes

The trust was established to receive income from its investments and to make grants to needed causes as determined by a management committee. The Fund supports grants to assist individual girls and young women aged between 11 to 25 in training and education where it is recognised that there is a need for such financial assistance.

We are passionate about drawing alongside young people; communicating and demonstrating love. Our heart is for young people to see the worth in themselves and in others as they experience God through the projects and activities we deliver.The main ways in which we reach young people are through Church Engagement, Schools Work and Events.We travel across Liverpool and Sefton.

Fundraising activities include discos, fairs, sponsored events, shopping evenings, quizzes

The Charity awards small pensions and grants, on a discretionary basis, to elderly people living in the Merseyside region who are in need, hardship or distress.

We search for high risk vulnerable missing people

Provision of grants to elderly residents to support residential accommodation costs and to provide other assistance and amenities for the residents of Halcyon House.

Payment of quarterly pensions to poor and/or aged seamen or their widows: and to widowswho are in need, hardship or distressPensioners must be resident in Merseyside

FODS was formed by the governors of Dawpool C of E (Aided) Primary School to raise funds for the school. FODS raises 10% of all money required for the upkeep,maintenance and improvement of the school building and also raises money for awards,trips,social events,equipment etc etc that the school requests.

Annual Tented Village Show held 1st Saturday in July, talks and events held throughout the year to promote the advancement of education in horticulture.

The Trustees continue, as their primary function to make donations to non-conformist clergy for holidays that they would otherwise be unable to afford.

The provision of financial grants to individuals or groups in order to develop life chances from a position of adversity through the relief of those in need by reason of poverty, youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. In so doing, the Charity supports the advancement of citizenship or community development, in Southport/surrounding areas.

Hold fundraising events in order to finance additional educational & recreational resources for school use and to provide family social events.

Muslim Womens Centre runs activities for women, children & young people: leisure, health & education: taking into account cultural, religious and other barriers preventing them using other facilities. We organise trips & cultural events and provide a setting for ESOL & basic skills; we offer study support & advocacy over educational matters, youth activities & health and healthy-living activities.

To give charitable donations to charitable institutions or other charitable projects for social welfare and medical or academic research, and for Christian causes, specifically operating in the Southport area.

Provision of emergency food, essential toiletries and household items to individuals and families in need in Ormskirk and the surrounding area.Provision of other support for the relief of financial hardship such as signposting to relevant information and other advisory services.

The Trustees receive suggestions each year from the diocesan authorities of Liverpool and Chester of clergy who are in need of a holiday and are not able to afford a suitable one.

To aid in supporting and strengthening such Churches, Fellowships and Groups as may be connected with the General Assembly of Unitarian and Free Christian Churches; in endeavouring to establish new ones, and in extending the influence of religious teaching and practical religion throughout the District
