The principal activity of the company continues to be that of the preservation, protection and promotion of good health of persons living in the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton and its surrounding areas.

Charitable company incorporated on 6 March 2006 to receive assets and continue charitable activities of P H Holt Charitable Trust. Assets were transferred by gift on 31 March 2007. Commenced activity on 1 April 2007, primarily as a grant-maker specially interested in the needs of the inhabitants of Merseyside.

Rampworx provides facilities for over 1300 disadvantaged young people per week who partake in Inline skating, BMX, Skateboarding and Scootering. Also provide a range of personal development projects, such as drug and alcohol awareness, sexual health, healthy eating, music, IT, street dance, coaching sessions and free summer sports clinics.

Savera UK provide support/advice to individuals affected by, and at risk of honour based abuse and harmful practices in the UK. Also providing a programme of training and information to individuals and agencies and conference, to raise awareness of the public.

The Society exists to recognise those who have worked within the commerce of shipbroking and shipowning and are in need of assistance; to provide financial assistance where appropriate and provide friendship, care and support where financial assistance is not required; and to provide support, financial or otherwise, to the spouses, widowers, widows, children or dependents of such persons

???supports the activities of the churches and circuits within the Liverpool District by provision of various support services including training, development and evangelism.???administers an ecumenical project to develop and facilitate Church Action on Sexual Abuse Issues (CASAI).???supports the provision of a chaplaincy service to the universities in Liverpool.

We provide legal advice and assistance free of charge. Where appropriate, we provide representation in proceedings, in particular social security appeal tribunals.

We work mainly from our centre in Edge Hill, close areas where Asylum Seekers are housed and are best described as providing general assistance, specialising in help for the homeless. We work with approximately 3000 individuals a year, 250 of whom are registered with us destitute. The centre functions as a community centre, providing the safe space needed by Asylum Seekers to meet and relax.

The Netherton Feelgood Factory is a community-led healthy living centre. The Feelgood Factory objectives are to reduce health inequalities by:Improving access to services and information,Developing and providing activities and services to encourage healthier lifestyles, improve health and well being and prevent illness,Developing initiatives to meet local needs.

Advancement of education & lifelong learningProvision of crime prevention & offender rehabilitation services;Promotion of the vol sector in Lpool City Region & surrounding areas, by:- Building capacity of charitable & voluntary orgs operating in area- Promoting, organising & facilitating co-operation & partnership working between charitable & voluntary orgs, statutory & other bodies

The charity makes donations to charities, local authority departments or other trusts where the recipient organisation is using the funds to assist with improving the quality of health of those individuals being supported by that organisation.

Operates a residential educational centre for children

Our services help to keep Chinese Elders in independent living as long as possible. We provide Domiciliary Care and Respite Services , Personal Wellbeing Services, a pre and post diagnostic dementia support service. Our Evergreen Club provides health talks including Covid related and various activities which reduce social isolation, loneliness and help to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

The Foundation's essential function is to raise and administer the funds needed to support the King David Schools.

LIVERPOOL COMMUNITY ADVICE'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE, AND THROUGH PERSONAL ADVICE POINT THE WAY TO RESOLVING ISSUES, DEALING WITH DEBTS, MAXIMISING INCOME, PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS, IN FACT ANYTHING FOR WHICH PEOPLE NEED HELP AND SUPPORT.

The principle objective of the PCC is to cooperate with the clergy of the North Meols Team Ministry in promoting, in the Parish of North Meols, the whole pastoral, evangelical, social and ecumenical mission of the Church.
