We provide the Catalyst Night shelter for 32 people from the London Borough of Havering, together with 8 units of Thrive supported housing and social enterprise within 6 shops and a cafe.

-Day care and homecare for the elderly and disabled-Study support for children underarchieving in core curriculum subjects in main stream schools-Training projects for youths in IT, decorating, painting, woodworking and plumbing.-Providing accomodation for Men's and Women's groups who engage in various activities such as recreation, health and fitness training and sewing.

FREE ACCESS TO VISUAL ART FOR ALL AND TO CREATE AN INNOVATIVE AND EXPLORATORY ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH TO EXPLORE VISUAL ART WITH A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON LENS-BASED MEDIA.TO PROMOTE THE WORK OF ARTISTS AND FACILITATE CONTACT AND UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ARTISTS AND THE PUBLIC.

Ellesmere Children centre are based in the north of Sheffield. We provide a responsive need led children's service which is reflective of the local community we serve. We hope that children attending the centre will come from many different cultural and social backgrounds bringing a variety of richness to it's daily life. We provide transcultural counselling for children aged 2-12 years.

To improve literacy skills, training, career guidance, advice in financial, welfare and legal matters, childcare assistance, youth work, after school study support for the Yemeni community and other BME communities in Sheffield.

The Choir with No Name provides choirs for people who have experienced homelessness. We began with one choir in London and are now expanding to run choirs across the country. Our work is based on the premise that singing is good for you; it makes you happy; and a choir can provide a community that is all too often lacking from the lives of homeless people.

Domestic animal welfare, Rescue and rehoming of stray and abandoned animals.

The provision of advice and information to disabled people and carers in the borough of Barnsley.

The prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship by providing or assisting in the provision of humanitarian aid in any part of the world by provision of medical aid, food, water, shelter, education, training, clothing and financial support.

Advancing education and training of young people living or educated in Barnsley and the surrounding areas in the subject of music and the performing arts, in particular choral music.

To enhance the development and education of children of or below statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.

Provides services to disadvantaged people in the Sharrow and surrounding areas of Sheffield. Particular focus on working with people from ethnic minorities, children and young people and the elderly. Creating community resilience by running a Time Bank and Community Cafe.

We provide a unique service in Sheffield working with families affected by domestic abuse. We offer 1-1 therapeutic work, and a range of group work interventions.

Tiddlywinks Centre provides a local sustainable service, building a charitable business based on income generation which is not dependent on grant funding. We offer families living in Arbourthorne and surrounding areas of Sheffield quality childcare, and family support services. Providing services Monday to Friday, 8 am-6 pm, all year round to support families.

Support for mothers and pregnant women and their families who are suffering with post and ante natal depression and anxiety and other perinatal mental illness. This support includes email, telephone and text support and peer support buddying in the South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire area.

Provision of counselling services for victims of any form of abuse in the Rotherham area.

Under the Stars is an arts and events charity for people with learning disabilities. We believe in their talent. We believe in their creativity. We believe in them. Through our workshops and events, we work with our learners to unlock their potential and change lives. We deliver Music, Dance and Drama workshops in Sheffield, and put on a proper nightclubs for people with learning disabilities
