The Link Community Hub helps and supports people who are disadvantaged due to poverty, deprivation, and circumstances. We offer support in education, activities and advice for those to the local and wider. Target provides housing and support services to vulnerable and marginalised adults and families. Target holds contracts with both local authorities and private sector organisations. It operates and manages residential care homes for elderly persons in Sheffield and surrounding counties on a not for profit basis. The charity provides permanent respite and day care.
