The Parish Church of St Oswald, King & Martyr as part of the Diocese of Lichfield follows the Bishop's Three Primary Tasks of Discipleship, Vocation and Evangelism and we are committed to developing discipleship, encouraging vocation and inspiring evangelism.

The charity makes grants in the areas of education and training and health and disability to Shropshire residents and projects. Grants are made to organisations and individuals. Education and training grants may be for courses undertaken both within or outside the area of benefit. Projects must operate and provide benefit within the area.

Tackling issues of deprivation, poverty and social exclusion across the geographical area covered by the Diocese of Lichfield in both urban and rural communities

The Pontesbury Housing Trust provides high quality accommodation for people with special needs, in particular adults with learning disabilities, at reasonable rents. Providing housing for vulnerable people benefits society as we believe that society as a whole benefits from having people with learning disabilities living in, and contributing to, the local community.

ST PETER'S SALTLEY TRUST IS AN EDUCATIONAL CHARITY WITH THREE MAIN AREAS OF INTEREST: THE CONTINUING THEOLOGICAL EDUCATION OF LAY CHRISTIANS PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO SUFFER DISADVANTAGE IN CONTEMPORARY CHURCH AND SOCIETY:THE IDENTIFICATION AND STRENGTHENING OF CHRISTIAN PRESENCE IN FURTHER EDUCATION:THE DEVELOPMENT OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS.

The provision of a modern, fully equipped and maintained, multi purpose community centre. Facilities include state of the art Cinema/Theatre, Meeting/Conference Rooms, Catering facilities, Art/Exhibition Gallery and leisure space. The Centre is currently run by more than one hundred volunteers with four full time and one part time employees.

Worship services, various groups and activities in relation to being a parish church in the Church of England and the proclamation of the gospel.

The Aim of The Emily Jordan Foundation:To support individuals with learning and physical disabilities to lead fulfilled lives

Provide information\advice to general public about local health\social care services. Make the views\experiences of general public known to health\social care providers. Enable local people to be involved in development, delivery and equality of access to local health\carer services. Train\develop skills of volunteers and wider community to understand and scrutinise local health\care services.

The purpose of the charity is to relieve patients and former patients of the Kidderminster Hospitals in the community and to support the charitable work of the Hospitals.The activities include a coffee shop, refreshment trolley service and wayfinders.Appropriations are paid to the Kidderminster Hospitals towards medical equipment and services

Annual Horse and Agricultural Show.Providing education to the local community of agricultural activities and skills

To promote the restoration of the Montgomery Canal from Welsh Frankton in the County of Salop to Newtown in the County of Powys

The primary function of the CIO Foundation is to receive donations raised by Lions Clubs and to distribute the income to various identified beneficiaries

Federation of Women's Institutes in Shropshire

Creating the opportunity for all members of the community to play recreational tennis. This includes facilitating events for people to try the sport, delivering programmes to schools, disability and disadvantaged groups, offering practical governance, Safeguarding and financial support to volunteers of venues where tennis is played as well as competitive opportunities for interested groups.
