Supporting intergenerational engagement within Cleobury Mortimer and the surrounding area by providing a welcoming facility, activities for all ages, advice and signposting. All with the aim of nurturing every age and stage of life to become active citizens of their community.

Creating the opportunity for all members of the community to play recreational tennis. This includes facilitating events for people to try the sport, delivering programmes to schools, disability and disadvantaged groups, offering practical governance, Safeguarding and financial support to volunteers of venues where tennis is played as well as competitive opportunities for interested groups.

Provides Christian worship, spiritual guidance, works in local schools, care and nurture at times of significant life events, promotes the Christian marriage, works in deprived areas, offers projects and support in conjunction with local service, work with ex-offenders to prevent re-offending and works in any ways to bring an expression of God and Reflecting Jesus Everywhere in the town

Provision of grants to churches and chapels in Shropshire to assist with their repair and maintenance,especially those of architectural or historical significance.

Offer a community group for local families where they can get support and advice whilst the children are involved with a play session

The Shropshire Islamic Foundation (SIF) provides Islamic education & community prayer facilities to the people of Telford and the surrounding areas. Premises include Telford Central Mosque, King St, and Tan Bank Mosque, both in Wellington. Services includes a boys & girls evening school, various weekend social and community events mainly via Shropshire and Telford United Women's Association.

We aim to enhance the education and development of children primarily under statutory school, assisting and respecting parents, carers and children.We offer high quality play,education and care to the children and their support networks within reach of us in Oswestry, Shropshire.

The charity's activities are the provision of facilities for the recreation, entertainment, pleasure, rehabilitation or general life improvement for the infirm, disabled, sick and aged.

To raise money for fabric, equipment & patients of Bridgnorth Community Hospital and a Butterfly Cafe for memory loss sufferers, by running a volunteer led coffee shop and through events, such as coffee mornings, table top sales, grand draws and all the other usual fundraising activities.

Providing a secure, caring and happy environment and offering a wide range of activities covering all development areas. Pre-school education for ages 2 upwards

We welcome all to share conversation and worship, to learn about faith and grow in Christian discipleship. We support members of the Church family and are a caring community. We use our premises to address the needs of the community, supporting families, young people, the elderly and lonely. We raise awareness of global issues of justice and offer financial and practical support.

Preschool

To bring talented young keyboard players before the public, by developing new performing opportunities and new audiences. It organises recitals which serve to introduce them to the public and to members of the music profession who can assist their careers.

To enhance the development and education of children under school age by; 1. offering appropriate play, education and care facilities. 2. encouraging the study of the children and their families needs and promoting public interest in and recognition of such needs in the local area. 3. instigating and adhering to and furthering the aims and objects of the Pre-School Learning Alliance.

Advancement of the arts, culture, heritage and science for the public benefit principally in Gloucester by creating and holding artistic, cultural and scientific events, festivals, exhibitions, talks, forums, debates and such other activities as the trustees deem appropriate in furthering the charity's purposes.

Providing the community with spiritual and practical support including work with schools and the sick, the elderly and vulnerable adults both at home and in care institutions as well as hospitals.

Scouting

The charity consists of a preschool for children under the age of 5, after school childcare for children age 11 and under and holiday childcare for the same age group.

We are passionate about Jesus and showing His love to others. All are welcome at our church, no matter who you are and what circumstances. Everything we do at Grace Church is built on the foundation of prayer. We meet at 10:30am every Sunday at the Harlescott Grange Community Hub, Kynaston Road, Harlescott, Shrewsbury, SY1 3JR. There is plenty of parking and disabled access. We also meet mid-week.

The Owen Jenkins Trust focuses its donation activities, but not exclusively so, in supporting charities in the environmental, homeless and youth development sectors in Shropshire, the Marches and the West Midlands area.
