We organise and coordinate a monthly programme of talks, discussions, interest group meetings, field trips, outings and social events aimed predominately at the local retirement community, with the objective of fostering life-long learning, fitness and mental welfare. All activities are run by our members.

Fund raising for school...fair,plant sale,easter egg hunt etc

To provide, maintain & manage a community hall & equipment for use by Horseman's Green residents & those in surrounding areas.We believes a community hall will help build the cohesion of the community, and to achieve, this fundraising activities & events will be arranged. It will also to be made available via bookings, for public & private functions, entertainment, meetings, local leisure groups

An organisation who gives support to senior citzens and disabled people in the oswestry area

Running of the village hall for the benefit of the local community.The hall is used by a number of local groups on a daily basis . Without this facility both young and old would have nowhere to meet.

Holding Sunday Services and occasional meetings and services. Meetings of Trustees.

Amateur symphony orchestra open to persons of all ages and backgrounds/race. 5 concerts per year in Wrexham for the entertainment of the general public. Active in the arts in Wrexham working with local council and arts groups. Some concerts arranged to raise funds for and promote local charities.

Public performances of orchestral music. Workshop for string players available to members and non-members.

We provide village hall amenities for the usage of all persons who wish to take advantage of our facilities.

Small grants to meet special needs and to support education, training and the arts in the West Midlands.

Conservation, maintenance and sustainability of the building

organising events that produce finance to maintain and run the village community centre in Arddleen. The Centre provides a venue for local organistaions such as Brownies, Mothers & Toddlers, Keep Fit Club, Indoor Shortmat Bowls Club, Sequence Dancing, Bingo and other special events. The Centre is also used during term time by the local school A base for the W.I for some thirty years.

For the public benefit the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability or financial hardship or other social and economic disadvantage in Dudley and the surrounding area through the provision of items which provide comfort to such people in the community.

Providing grants of money or the provision of services for individuals, families or groups facing challenging circumstances.Providing bursaries to people aged 26 years and under to help them broaden their skills and experiences.Providing funds for provision of amenities or services that will be of general benefit to the community.

The charity uses the skills and experience of its members to provide educational support to all its members through a series of interest groups, supported by guest speakers for the whole organisation.

PROVISION OF A VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND

'Scouting' - games, camping, cooking, canoeing & climbing.

Our charity holds fundraising events to support Oakmeadow School by buying equipment, supporting trips, and assisting with other school related items.

The charity exists to develop relationships between staff, parents and other organisations supporting the school. It supports activities which encourage children and parents to participate together. These include: Bingo: Quiz nights: Summer Fair: Christmas Fair: Ceilidh. The charity also supports the school financially with other school activities and projects.

Village Hall provides social and recreational activities for the community.

The advancement of the Roman Catholic religion and other charitable objects, by the promotion and assistance in the founding of new missions, principally in the Roman Catholic dioceses of Westminster and Shrewsbury, by way of grants

The charity's object is to promote sustainable development for the benefit of the public and it does so principally by by providing information on ways by which householders and others can reduce their carbon budget, especially energy use in the home. The Going Wild project raises awareness of environmental issues particularly the global Ecological and Climate Emergency.

Ludlow Womens Centre exists primarily for the benefit of local people in terms of physical, educational, emotional and psychological well-being. It is a community centre with two meeting rooms - one accommodates up to 100 people and the other an intimate space for activities such as meditation, counselling etc. Access by charitable and disability groups is ensured by its location and low costs.
