Oswestry Mens Shed provides a place for men who may be isolated or lonely to gather together for purposeful and meaningful activities. We are in the process of building a large workshop, a project which, in itself, has provided a satisfying and successful project for the Members.We have given presentations about our activity to local Councils (Whittington) and in a Public Meeting (Oswestry).

The education of persons who have not attained the age of 25 years and who are resident in the County of Shropshire through their leisure time activities, so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual activities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.The area of operation is Shropshire which includes Telford and Wrekin.

Provision of hall facilities. Promotion of social, education and leisure activities for local people.

We provide spiritualist church services, marriage and naming ceremonies, advice and help to the general public.

A charity set up to give grants in the ecclesiastical parish of Holy Trinity Church Oswestry for the purpose of furthering the evangelical Christian faith.

To manage the land and buildings that are held by our committee, for the villagers, clubs, and wider community.

Weekly Activity sessions for three age groups held at youth centre. Occasional external or outdoor activity events and weekends.

The charity provides and maintains a Museum in Tenbury to collect and display items of historic interest particularly for the local area. This includes various documents and photographs including digital copies of the Tenbury Advertiser available for research.In addition the charity organises monthly talks on historical subjects especially as related to the local area.

To establish and maintain a museum for the benefit of the public, and to collect, preserve, restore, display artefacts relating to the history of Oswestry town and its surrounding area including any links with other areas that have had an impact on the history of the town and its surrounding area.

Quiz Summer bbq Harvest Lunch ( joint venture with Middleton Church) Live music drama etc with Arts Alive. Cinema with Flicks in the sticks Yoga classes. The hall is used by other organisations eg the local church for their fund raising activities Fund raising through a pancake evening every year.

Fund raising for Meole Brace C of E Primary School and Nursery. Events include discos for the children, summer and Christmas Fayres.
