The aim of S.B.G. is to prevent badger abuse whether direct, accidental, or coincidental to other legal activities. We assist the Police and RSPCA in any investigations of abuse of badgers or setts and advise or assist individuals or organisations where badgers may present problems. We educate the general public about badger ecology

Support and maintain the running of Clunbury Village Hall, linked to organising activities for local people. Facilitating school use and playgroup use.

Provides space for classes, private functions and community events.

Trefonen School Parent Teachers Association raise funds for Trefonen CE Primary School in Shropshire with the purpose of enhancing the education of our children by contributing to school trips, workshops and improving facilities and technology at the school. We organise various fundraising activities throughout the year and liaise closely with the school to meet their requirements for support.

The charity makes grants for the relief of poverty to individuals living in the area of benefit ( the Low Town of Bridgnorth). Grants are normally made via referrals from appropriate institutions ( currently Bridgnorth Food Bank is the main referer). The charity also supports other charities/institutions of similar purpose operating in the Low Town of Bridgnorth

We act as Community First Responders and attend patients who have made an emergency call to the Ambulance Service. We provide the necessary immediate care until additional clinical resources arrive.

CBA West Midlands is one of the regional groups of the Council for British Archaeology (CBA). It publishes West Midlands Archaeology annually, reporting on archaeological work in the region, organises Day Schools, including the yearly News from the Past, makes small grants for publication, research and training, responds to planning consultations and liaises with other amenity bodies.

Run and maintain Norton Village Hall as a community facility to provide a base for village organisations and social events as per lease with Apley Estates.

Sending poor patients from any of the specified hospitals to their homes or elsewhere.Purchasing linen or other clothing for poor patients in any of the specified hospitals or for poor patients who have been discharged from any of the specified hospitals.Paying the expenses or part of the expenses for medical aids for poor patients in any of the specified hospitals.

Varied activities from 12 clubs in the area of District 21. Clubs send donations for charities chosen by the District Chairman of the year.

Mythstories works with words, keeping oral heritage alive. We run a museum; organise projects and events to celebrate the heritage art of storytelling; link stories to landscape; share stories for community cohesion. We use storytelling as a gateway to literacy and communication skills. All age groups get involved in projects or visit the museum. Users are usually young people and families.

Upkeep/maintenance of village hall in order to provide a community hub for social, community and fund-raising events and activities.

Shrewsbury Repair Cafe holds monthly public repair events in Shrewsbury to repair household items, demonstrate skills and provide advice and information, in order to reduce waste, promote reuse and support the public in returning items back to a working condition. In addition, we provide education to promote repairing as a means to reduce waste at community and public events
