We operate in the Kori District of Sierra Leone. We help to educate and empower women and girls to become self sufficient and to help them eradicate the cultural habits that are detrimental to the health and progress of the people. We do this by giving grants to local organisations to provide help and support to build a thriving community

Dealing with issues relating to poverty and health awareness in underdeveloped communities, housing, employment, benefits, breakdown relationship, education/training activities, looking after young children, elderly, religious activities, learn bible, advocacy.

1. To advance the education of Girls at the Harford School for Girls (HSG), Moyamba in Sierra Leone, achieve gender equality and the empowerment of girls. (Fulfillment of Goal 5 in Sustainable Development Goal).2. The relief of poverty and financial hardship for Girls at HSG, Moyamba by providing scholarships. 3. To improve the quality of education and a safe Learning environment.

The activities of the charity include funding and providing educational and training material and resources for educational and professional institutions of engineering in Sierra Leone. The charity also contributes to the sharing of knowledge, experience and ideas through publications, workshops and conferences in Sierra Leone, UK and amongst diaspora communities in Europe and the USA.

Sounds of Life Trust is a Christian organisation, taking the good news of the kingdom of God to many people worldwide, by various ways, including preaching, crusades, children's outreaches, leadership training and the social gospel, bringing water and medical help to impoverished people, supporting orphanages and old folk's homes etc. To new Christians, we supply follow-up teaching materials.

African Hospital Libraries sets up and supports health information library services in Sierra Leone. We select and ship high quality and context-relevant books and educational resources. We implement a standard system of library membership and borrowing. The libraries are free to join. We employ local library staff to manage the services. We work in partnership with local stakeholders.

The Ta Da Themne Association UK is a nonpolitical charity formed to unite and empower the Themne people and wider Sierra Leonean community through cultural, educational, and social initiatives. Based in London, it supports community development, cooperation, and accommodation for the less privileged.

Giving grants to or for children in need both in UK and abroad, e.g. medical treatment, food, accommodation, education & clothing, enabling them to be better equipped to face the future and in some cases to get them out of poverty, homelessness and abuse.

Compassionate Paws International provides veterinary care to street animals, in partnership with local people and/or organisations, in regions of the world where there is a low level of resources. Activities:- Sterilisation- Emergency veterinary care- Animal welfare education & advocacy

United Assembly of God International promotes the Christian faith in the UK and Sierra Leone and undertake outreach work to assist poor and socially disadvantaged people through donations.

The Charity's objectives are specifically restricted to to undertake exclusively charitable purposes in Sierra Leone, for the benefit of families and children or young adults who are orphaned, abandoned, abused, disabled or destitute and who have an urgent need for food, housing, education, training and medical support.

The Prevention or relief of poverty providing funding to alleviate their poverty and to enable them to buy food and other basic items. Advancement of education by supporting to educate those who would otherwise would not get education. Advancement of the religion of Islam by such as providing places of worship. The initial countries of operation will be Bangladesh, Morocco and Sierra Leone.

FUNDS OR GOODS RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS PUBLICITY ARE DISTRIBUTED IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRIES THROUGH PEOPLE WHO ARE PERSONALLY KNOWN TO ONE OR MORE OF THE TRUSTEES OR BY ONE OR MORE OF THE TRUSTEES THEMSELVES.

we do not own a land or a property

We provided funds to help with food and drink, clothes, and accommodation, in various combinations, for orphans and a few widows in the nine counties where we operate. For the orphans only we also provided funds to help with education in some countries.

Melrose Paris Foundation works in Freetown and surrounding areas, in Sierra Leone, West Africa.We are working to advance the education of schoolchildren and higher education students, by the provision of support in the form of books, stationary, equipment and bursaries.We also provide relief from poverty to individuals and organisations in the form of items, medical supplies, and equipment.

The Waterloo Partnership supports several projects in Waterloo, Sierra Leone including health, education and training; small businesses; equipment for poor farmers; assistance for engineers with disabilities; and the provision of infrastructure such as wells and bridges. The WP also promotes the direct linking of schools in the UK with schools in SL, with British Council funding and guidance.

We raise funds through various activities such as berbeques, buffet dances, raffle draws to support our alma mater back in Sierra Leone. We also support other good causes here in the UK

The Adventure Boutique Foundation raises money to go towards the prevention and relief of poverty in countries around the world by the provision of grants to individuals and/or other organisations working to prevent and relieve poverty.And to help with the relief of sickness and preservation of health in countries around the world by the provision of grants to hospitals and medical centres.
