Bath Opera advances the education and appreciation of opera for public benefit. It presents an annual fully staged opera and a summer tour of smaller-scale performances, increasing access in Bath and surrounding areas. It also supports emerging singers through the Bath Opera Young Artists Development Scheme (BOYADS).

The prevention or relief of poverty in Watchet, Williton and surrounding area by the provision of food, essential toiletries, and household items to people in need; working with professional partners to restore dignity, maintain health and support efforts to regain independence and stability, and providing support to access or signposting to relevant agencies, advisory or information services.

The management of Compton Martin Village Hall which offers a community base for well established and innovative user groups both within the community and the surrounding area. Our hall hire fees to these groups provides the primary source of income.The trustees hold fund raising events to augment this letting income. This supports the long term aim of maintaining the fabric of the hall.

Providing Food as emergency relief for local people in Warminster and the surrounding area. This is short term aid to help people over a crisis. Recipients are referred by front line care workers who either hold emergency food boxes to give directly to people in need or issue a voucher which the person can bring to Food bank Centre and exchange for food.

Recreation ground, playing field and community centre for inhabitants of Camerton parish and neighbourhood. Facilities for physical exercise, training, meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of leisure-time acitvities as the committee see fit, with the object of improving quality of life for the said inhabitants.

The objective of the Charity is to provide support to meet the needs of older poeple in Somerset and Dorset.

To advance public knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the Arts, particularly of Film and allied visual techniques.The Society arranges showings of films to its members and to the public particularly but not exclusively in the Regal Theatre, Minehead; and will promote the study and appreciation of films by means of lectures, discussions and exhibitions.

The charity makes grants to organisations and individuals that that meet its core criteria of promoting social inclusion and good physical and mental health among young people in Dorset and the surrounding areas.

The principal activity of the Charity is to promote spiritual and physical well being by alternative medicine procedures.
