SEF CYMRU is a charity that seeks to address educational underachievement and improve community cohesion and social integration through various activities e.g. study clubs for children and courses such as ESOL, IT and sewing classes for women. We also run advice and information sessions for women to enable them to access services.

The principal activity of the Charity is to promote spiritual and physical well being by alternative medicine procedures.

A Rural Youth movement for members aged 10-26 years. Members can gain confidence and recognised skills in public speaking, drama and entertainments, sports competitions, stockjudging and cattle showing/presentation, meetings and social events, fundraising. This is a member led organisation.

The Charity manages the New Village Hall in Norton sub Hamdon for the benefit of the inhabitants of Norton and surrounding villages.

The Axbridge & District Museum Trust run the museum known as 'King John's Hunting Lodge' in Axbridge. The Trust lease the building from the National Trust and operate with some membership funding from the National Trust with additional funds from sales, donations and friends.

The charity acts as a local Christian Centre providing a facility for worship and bible based teaching. Weekly activites are provided for the local community, these include a youth group and a group assisting new mothers. Support is given to various Christian projects worldwide.

Supplementary school for the German community in Bristol - teaching bilingual children of (predominantly) primary school age to read and write in German, German culture and festivals, etc., providing a forum where German can be used with peers.

Cheddar Village Hall serves the community of Cheddar Parish and nearby areas. It functions as a venue for hire by local organisations and contains a large hall with a stage, 2 meeting rooms, a kitchen and toilets. A large number of local organisations use it including Cheddar Valley U3A, dance classes, 4 badminton clubs, a Country Market, society meetings, Church meetings and many others.

The Cooper Associates Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Cooper Associates Group, acting to support charities through clients and partners associated with the Cooper Associates community. Weston Brass is a local community brass band. It provides live music to the general public. This music consists of both original brass band music and arrangements of other styles and genres of music. We include music of a high calibre and artistic merit including music by famous and contemporary composers that would otherwise not be heard by the general public.

Edington Chapel is a Church which is used for Christian religious activities, particularly for worship services, on Sunday morning and evenings.
