Sladebrook Evangelical Church provides weekly religious worship services, weekly home groups, regular prayer meetings, weekly coffee mornings, seasonal events and support for Christian ministries in the UK and overseas by prayer and gifts.

The Church operates locally in relationship with a family of churches across the UK and abroad, supporting mission locally and abroad, and runs a community resource which is used by organizations as a community center. We also run community activities locally and provide support for Grace Advocacy helping to provide support to those in the local community who are need of assistance.

The Trust is established to provide and maintain The Roadwater Village Hall and Recreation Ground for the benefit of the inhabitants of Roadwater without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, with the object of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants.

Management and maintenance of village playing field

The object of the Charity shall be the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants o the Parish of Horton without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, included use for meetings, lectures and classes, and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Provision of burial services to the Muslim community in the Southwest

The village hall was completed in 2012 and opened by HRH The Earl of Wessex on 15 October 2012. It is used on a daily basis by all age groups and by various organisations within the parish and surrounding district. There is a wide range of activities available from art, drama, dance and fitness classes to sporting activities and community events. It is also a popular venue for weddings and parties
