TO RAISE FUNDS ON BEHALF OF CHARFIELD PRIMARY SCHOOL, TO ENABLE THE SCHOOL TO PROVIDE BETTER RESOURCES FOR THE CHILDREN.

We raise vital funds to help enhance our children's education. Funds are raised through events such as, school discos and summer fairs to smaller things like cake sales. The money raised is for the school and benefits all the pupils who attend there, as well as the wider community when larger events are organised. We try to ensure that a community feel is created by the events we carry out.

Scouting activities

St Matthews PTFA exists to:Advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by: - Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school;- Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Sports and Recreation

The Cantamus Chamber Choir is based in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire. The Choir's purpose is to further the cause of Choral Music by its study and practice and by its public performance in order to foster public appreciation of the art and science of music. The main activities are rehearsals, performances and occasional concert tours, recently in Europe.

Fund raising for the benefit of the school and its pupils

Fundraising through disco's, mufti days and seasonal events to raise money to help fund school projects.

Offers advice, help and support to Societies/Clubs who are interested in all aspects of gardening and horticulture.Trains novice Judges and provides on going training for existing Judges of Horticultural Shows.Provides grants to Schools and others running Gardening Projects.Gives prizes for School Gardening Competitions.

various fund raising activities including summer and christmas fayres, disco's, cake sales, family bbq's. the aim being to raise funds for the school which are used to enhance the educational experience of the children.

We are a 200 intake school, and support the school in raising funds for them, and being a registered charity means that we can utilise our support better. We raise no more £6k per year. All funds are given to the school to support the children with extra resource.

To provide a Village Hall Facility for Village activities

We are the PTA for Shield Rd School. We organise events throughout the year in order to raise funds to benefit the school and the children.

Academic Ear, Nose and Throat surgery conferences twice yearly, with public lecture every two years.Sponsorship of ENT surgeons/doctors to undertake additional training and academic study.

SCAOB is active in the field of ofering help and advice to its members with the objective of integrating them into the wider Bristish society.It also runs social and cultural activities to facilitate educating the wider British community about Sudanese culture and folklore as well as provide entertainment and gathering opportunities to its members.

Providing grants for female students to complete secondary school in the catchment area of Singhe Pieh School, Hamilton, Nr Freetown.Assist in improving the access and impact of females in the local community.

Promote awareness of astronomy to the public through meetings, lectures, observing sessions and public outreach projects with schools and other interested parties.

Programme of three natural therapies - nutrition, massage and imagery for an average of three sessions for optimum/successful results. Children aged 2-22 suffering any condition or symptoms. Families attend from the south west. Also provides resources, talks and training.

The Lions Club of Chipping Sodbury will consider many projects that fall within the following five guidelines, these are Vision, the Environment, Hunger, Paediatric Cancer and Diabetes. As well as providing grants to other deserving causes within the local area
