Newcastle Frontrunners is a running club catering to the north-east of England, and based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are part of the International Frontrunners network, a family of running clubs which are inclusive and welcome all sections of the community. We aim to reduce homophobia and improve Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT plus) communities participation in sport and running.

We empower Refugee and Asylum Seeker community activists and mobilisers to turn their ideas to support their communities into practical action. And we unite the region's Refugee led Community Organisations (RCOs) in collective action to produce their Collective Voice so it can influence the development of evidence based policy and practice around Asylum, Integration and Equality.

There are a number of organised groups who use the Hall on a regular basis, offering a range of activities for people within the community of all ages, from the very young to the older but young at heart. The CCTP aims to encourage more people of all ages and abilities to develop and extend their tennis skills and participation in community activities. Local schools are provided access to first class tennis coaching.

To further the study, practice and enjoyment of brass band music in all its forms in order to advance the education and appreciation of the public in the art of brass band music through public performance, training and education in the county of Northumberland and the surrounding area.

The charity raises funds to provide support and resources for the pupils of Keelman's Way Shool. This is a special school for pupils with Severe or Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties.

Cappella Newcastle (founded in 1960 as Cappella Novocastriensis), specialises in singing music for worship and often sings unaccompanied. Cappella sings in churches throughout the North East, as well as giving several major concerts each year. The repertoire is varied and ambitious, ranging from English renaissance composers to contemporary works by Whitacre and Jackson.

A NON-POLITICAL, NON-SECTARIAN CHOIR WHO SEEK TO INTEREST THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF SINGING BY PARTICIPATING AND ASSISTING IN CONCERTS AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES. THROUGH THESE ACTIVITIES THE CHOIR IS ALSO ABLE, ON OCCASIONS, TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO A NUMBER OF LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS.

Our core training is based on seamanship and traditional maritime skills, but Cadets can also study mechanical and electrical engineering, communications, cookery, computers, band musician, Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, and a host of associated subjects to prepare them for adult life.

Classes, both teaching and social, throughout the area for all ages and abilities. Competative festival annually. Demonstration team available. Many social functions. Teachers available for schools, clubs & societies who would like taster sessions or classes.

To advance the education of the public in the art of Brass Band music and to further the development of public appreciation of said art by the presentation of concerts and such similar activities and to encourage the musical education of all ages by the provision of tuition and training facilities.

Over the next ten years the Foundation's strategy will be to focus primarily on increasing access to enterprise for young people in the North East of England through the provision of funding for projects and activities that support young people to consider self-employment as a realistic career option.

The object of the CIO is to provide support of the relief of financial hardship in South Tyneside and neighbouring areas by providing a range of impartial money advice and support services to people in financial hardship, including those in debt, who though lack of means would be otherwise unable to obtain such advice.

The charity's objects are to provide or assist in the provision of activities for recreation, education and leisure time occupation for disabled people, with the purpose of furthering their abilities, experiences and quality of life.
