We are a local running and athletics club, based in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. We promote the sport of running and athletics and provide inclusive support to members and volunteers to improve their physical and mental wellbeing via amateur athletics and running development.

Classes, both teaching and social, throughout the area for all ages and abilities. Competative festival annually. Demonstration team available. Many social functions. Teachers available for schools, clubs & societies who would like taster sessions or classes.

The Company members prepare scenery, lighting, costumes, administration for productions. Bi-annual European tours, ballets and musicals. Support to charities.

Continue to encourage and work with staff to identify and implement programs, activities or events that will enrich and/or support the curriculum using available PTA funds. We hold Winter and Summer Fayres, Film Nights and Family Fun Nights which are well supported

Providing facilities for acts of worship, rites of passage, activities and events to support and encourage these regular activities; to provide accommodation for activities either as a service to the local community or organised by representatives from the local community for the benefit of the local community.

The Sutton Hall serves the residents of Cleadon by hosting many activities for all ages! We hold a Bright Futures Group for girls, coffee mornings and AGE UK join us for dancing. We host several clubs during the week including craft clubs who have a sale once a year to show off their creations and all the money goes to charity. We hold many fitness clubs and have much more planned for the future.

The relief of poverty,the advancement of education,the advancement of the Jewish religion and any other purposes which are both charitable and benficial to persons practising or adhereing to the Jewish religion in the North East of England and its neighbouring areas

The Fund aims to provide assistance for vulnerable,disabled, disadvantaged or deprived groups of people or individuals within the Northumbria Police area as well as supporting community groups.

Provide classes and training in Irish Dancing

Amateur Symphony Orchestra providing musical education to members through weekly rehearsals leading to a concert. Minimum of two concerts a year given within our area to members of the public. Additional concerts also given to Schools to encourage school children to play music.

The performance of music in the community and the teaching of brass instrument playing to people of all ages in the community

WE AIM TO;PROMOTE JOINT WORKING AND PARTNERSHIP ACROSS THE VOLUNTARY /NOT FOR PROFIT MENTAL HEALTH SECTOR.PROMOTE BEST PRACTICE IN MENTAL HEALTH TO ENSURE HIGH QUALITY PROVISION FOR, AND PARTNERSHIP WITH, SERVICE USERS AND CARERSSTRENGTHEN THE ROLE OF MENTAL HEALTH VCS ORGANISATIONS REGIONALLY.SUPPORT LOCALITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH VCS COALITIONS/NETWORKS ACROSS THE REGION.

The society organises ten lectures each year on the decorative and fine arts. It has a church recorders group whose researches produce records of the fabric and contents of churches for presentation. Volunteers assist museums and other institutions with the cataloguing and maintenance of heritage property. The society makes grants to support arts projects in the community.

Funds as approved by the Trustees are used to support a PhD Student from the Institute of Cellular Medicine within the Newcastle University Medical School. The student is determined at the discretion of the Dean of Postgraduate Studies

Makes cash and goods donations to local, national and international charities and other good causes.

The principal activity is to provide holidays for needy children from the North East of England who would not otherwise have the opportunity of such a break.

Music Matters North East aims to raise funds and in-kind donations for the promotion of arts, particularly the arts of music, poetry, drama and dance for the public benefit in North East England. We will do this through the provision of community based interactive workshops in areas where public access to these arts is limited by geography, financial means or other restrictions.

AIMS TO BE OF SERVICE TO THE CHURCH IN THE DIOCESES OF DURHAM & NEWCASTLE BY:PROMOTING THE RINGING OF BELLS FOR CHRISTIAN WORSHIP AND ON OTHER APPROPRIATE OCCASIONS;RECRUITING AND TRAINING RINGERS;ENCOURAGING THE ART OF CHANGE-RINGING;HELPING RINGERS TO IMPROVE THE STANDARD OF THEIR RINGING; ANDASSISTING WITH THE CARE OF RESTORATION OF BELLS AND THEIR FITTINGS.
