The activites of the charity are to advance, for the public benefit, the education (including social, physical, spiritual and mental development) of young people in the North East of England by making grants to other charities, ministries and organisations.

We are a grant giving charitable trust which supports local organisations, charities and groups working primarily for and with people with sight loss. Grants are only awarded to those organisations who operate within our beneficial area of Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Tees Valley, North Yorkshire and Cumbria. We do not award grants to individuals.

Love, Amelia provides essential and practical support to babies, children and those who look after them within Tyne and Wear and County Durham. We provide new and excellent quality pre-loved items, equipment and support to partner organisations and families experiencing poverty and hardship.

Arts 4 Wellbeing is a day opportunity service in South Tyneside for people with learning disabilities, mild to moderate mental health. We provide a warm relaxed and safe environment for our users, it enables members to participate in creative activities, to promote personal growth reduce social exclusion and provide them with effective therapeutic services whilst working towards increased recovery

Northern Print is an open access printmaking studio in the North East of England, providing a one stop shop for printmaking.The provision, maintenance and improvement of property owned or managed by Northern Print as a public amenity in the vicinity of a landfill site, for the protection of the environment.

Compact for Race Equality in South Tyneside (CREST) is a user-led charity working to promote racial equality, and social justice by improving the social and economic position of BME communities and individuals to increase civil participation and sense of belonging within South Tyneside and beyond. The trust is a grant making trust. True Colours Theatre provides performing arts classes for children and young people with additional needs and disabilities aged 4 to 21 in the North East.

Leo's provides lived experience mental health and trauma support to families in the North East of England who have been affected by neonatal care, and those who have been affected by pregnancy or baby loss within Middlesbrough & Redcar and Cleveland.

Triangular was initially set up in 2014 as a community group. As the number of beneficiaries grew and the work expanded, the trustees decided to incorporate the organisation in 2018 for more accountability and transparency. The object of the CIO is to advance the education and training of those granted refugee status, seeking asylum, recent migrants and their dependents.

The raising and short term accumulation of funds for the benefit of the Cathedral, in particular the organisation of a fund raising scheme to finance a major refurbishment project within the next five years
