Ocean Brass are based in Southampton and operate in the immediate area around the city and in southern Hampshire. We are a brass band offering an opportunity for any brass players in the local community to come and play in a friendly and informal atmosphere. We also provide entertainment for the local community in which we live and work by playing at outdoor events and giving concerts.

We are a school PTA who fundraise for the school to enable the children to have experiences, equipment and lots of opportunities they would not get the chance to do otherwise.

Southern Union Chorus promotes and encourages the singing of four-part male-voice harmony in the Barbershop style. We aim to advance, improve, devlop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of the art of Barbershop singing. Income from public Sing-Outs provides donations to deserving Charities. We run annually a free 'Learn to Sing" course open to male members of the general public.

We meet 7 times weekly .Our organisation supports older members of the African Caribbean community to provide social and cultural activities which are designed to meet the needs of the group.We act as a resource to give advice on issues which impact on this particular group for example we provide workshops on health, finance,and welfare matters.

The object of the CIO to advance the Christian Religion in accordance with the Articles of Faith in such ways in Southampton and in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the charity trustees from time to time may deem fit. Our activities will focus on the preservation and improvement of The Itchen Navigation along with communication about its features and benefits.
