"Raindrops UK" started operating in The Philippines, in 2002, registered as a Charity in 2004 and since covered Cities of Need in Cebu Visayas, Manila, the North, Muslim Mindanao 2009 we have extended the coverage to S.Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, India in 2020 in, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya regions In S.E.ASEAN & Africa direful needy people on earth.

THE CHARITY WILL UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF PEOPLE IN THE UK AND IN VERY DEPRIVED COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE; THOSE IN EXTREMELY HIGH POVERTY AND AS SUCH WILL ASSIST GLOBAL COMMUNITIES IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT

Many people in the north and the east in the island of Sri Lanka have been badly affected due to the war, the Tsunami and other natural disasters. This charity is being initiated by concerned people in the United Kingdom in order to alleviate the poverty and suffering of the people in dire need, in the North and East of the island of Sri Lanka.

Helping poor people in Srilanka and India

The purpose of the charity is for the public benefit & provide relief and assistance of people in need of financial support in Sri Lanka who are affected by war or natural disaster and families with young children who struggle to support themselves&provide assistance to disadvantage families to set up small businesses whereby they are not dependent on others to carry out their day to day life.

Make grants to individual for the prevention or relief of poverty

The CTF is established for the advancement of education and the relief of poverty, suffering and distress amongst the students of Chundikuli Girls College and St Johns College and their community in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Trust funds are utilised for various causes like improvement of educational facilities, financial assistance to children with needs.

ADVRO provides funds for orphanages including few that look after disable children. It also funds for special classes for the underprivileged children who live in remote areas of Amparai district in Sri Lanka. ADVRO is planning to build an Elderly Care Home for the underprivileged at home. ADVRO carries out medical screening programs which provides advice on preventable deceases such as diabetes.

Provision of funds, supplies and teacher sponsorship to Primary schools / Funds and volunteers for summer camps for orphans and rural poor / Water & Sanitation / The Mission House Academy provides life and job skills training for local people / Sponsorship of individual orphan children / Core funding for micro finance initiatives / Remedial education for IDP children

We help children and families access treatments that improve health and life experiences when not readily available through statutory bodies like the NHS. This is achieved through developing programs that provide vital emotional and practical support.

To relieve suffering and homelessness and to assist with the education and pastoral care of the people of Sri Lanka, in particular by the establishment and maintenance of children's home and pre-schools.

The relief of financial hardship of people in Poonakary Sri Lanka by providing funding to help them to access education, health services and care, employment,housing and such other general assistance to relieve their financial hardship.

WELL-BEING (SRI LANKA) invests in projects in the Wanni area of Sri Lanka to prevent and relieve poverty, and to develop skills in local communities. It raises funds through the UK charity and dispatches them to local partners in Sri Lanka to fund projects to construct and upgrade family wells to secure supplies of fresh water for irrigation purposes and to improve health and hygiene.

The Objects of the Church are for the benefit of the public:To advance the Christian faith (in accordance with the statement of beliefs) in such ways in such parts of the United Kingdom or the world as the Trustees from time to time may think fit.To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health and education by provisions of funds, goods or services of any kin

To give opportunity for young adults for travel in foreign countries, to facilitate young adults in the exchange of cultures; to co-fund medical research, to bring delivery of medical facilities in difficult to reach foreign areas; to fund education of young adults in foreign countries who in turn will benefit their communities and for other general charitable purposes in the trustees discretion.

To pay and apply the income of the trust fund for such charitable purpose as the trustees shall from time to time in their absolute discretion think fit; and pay and apply the whole of the capital in any manner in which they are authorised to pay the income.

We support individuals in activities which promote education,the furtherance of the gospel of God and the relief of poverty .

The Club organises events to raise money to help individuals and organisations at home and abroad in a variety of ways, eg by providing aqua boxes to produce drinkable water, shelter boxes (tents etc.) in disaster ares of the world and financing the digging of wells. It also uses funds to sponsor the youth of Thanet in various way, i.e direct sponsorship, RYLA, art competition and school proms.

The charity helps the needy children in Vadamaradchy Hindu Girls' College for their education and social activities by giving donation to other charity in Point Pedro, Sri Lanka.

Medical, educational and other charitable activities to assist the Tsunami affected Eastern regions of Sri Lanka.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING - THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FOR THE NEEDY AND UNDERPRIVILEDGED SRILANKAN MUSLIM STUDENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION AT GCE ADVANCED LEVEL AND UNIVERSITY STAGES IN SRI LANKA.

The advancement of education for the public benefit by advancing knowledge and improving skills in financial capacities and capabilities, in particular but not exclusively through the provision of grants and promotion of research and dissemination of such research.
