The aim of the charity is to promote the Christian ethos for the residents of Seneley Green and surrounding areas through church services, prayer and cakes, community cafe toddler groups, knit 7 Knatter, craft groups, reading group, coffee mornings, youth fellowship, messy church. art classes , low aerobics, supporting yearly Mac Millan and operation Christmas child.

Regular meetings

Continue to operate three brass bands. These are all very active in providing concerts and music to the general public. The Junior band continues to attract young players and train them.

Place of worship

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Derbyshire Hill, and the neighbourhood there of, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants (B) to establish or to secure the establishment of a community centre.

The Liverpool Society of Anaesthetists organises a series of educational meetings throughout the year. These include clinical and scientific lectures relevant to the field of anaesthesia, small symposia themed to a particular area of anaesthetic practice (inc. critical care and pain management topics), and a competition for trainee anaesthetists to encourage research in the field of anaesthesia.

The centre continues to be well used by its tenants and various sections of the community. Management of the buildings and facilities of the community centre to enable the provision of sports, arts, educational and social activities by and for the community. Activities include: Community Theatre, Snooker, Tennis, Crown Green Bowls, Junior Dance & Drama, Karate, Yoga, Meetings, Parties and Social Events.

Provision of Scouting activities within the St Helens and Knowsley Area

We are an all inclusive and diverse centre that is used by various groups whose members include an older generation of people who attend to socialise, keep active and combat loneliness. We deliver coaching to women, girls and young children to get them involved in sports and keep fit and healthy. We also support disabled people in accessing the facility including wheelchair user.

To provide and maintain a facility for local groups, organisations and individuals for leisure, social, recreational and educational activities and opportunities.

The charity educates the public in operatic and dramatic arts by performing mixed music concerts and a full stage show

The organisation chooses musicals , plays and concerts to perform by selecting a varied range of topical day to day issues that are performed / represented . It encourages the general public to participate in the above and to be part of viewing audiences .
