The club provides opportunities for for young people aged 8 upwards to take part in the sport of Amateur Boxing supported by qualified coaches. We work with schools, the Probation Service, NACRO providing health advice through keep fit and healthy exercise. The club is open to all members of the community and is working with others to support disadvantaged people and communities in Wolverhampton.

PROMOTION OF THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD

During the year, the Charity provided a number of bursaries to assist local children in attending a local school.The Charity looked to grow its permanent endowment in order to be in a better position to increase its ability to achieve its charitable objectives.

Meets once a week on a wednesday during term time. Youth club activities, craft, sport, music, computors, disco.Times 7.30-9.30pm.

Holding Sunday Services and occasional meetings and services. Meetings of Trustees.

We organise a variety of events, some of which are annual such as the Christmas Sleigh, in conjunction with other one off events to raise funds for local, national and international charities and causes.

Provides pre-school activities for children aged 2 years to 5 years fron the local comunnity. The pre-school is regulated by Ofstead. Also provides training for staff, students and volunteers.

Management of community centre for the benefit of local residents

Providing a community facility for meetings, parties, shows, clubs, social clubs, youth club, keep fit classes, martial arts and other pastime activities.

Encouraging interest in, and study of, the writings, life and times of Samuel Johnson; Supporting the Samuel Johnson Birthplace Museum in the City of Lichfield; Assisting in preserving physical memorials of Johnson and his contemporaries; Participating in annual commemorations of Johnson's birthday; Promoting knowledge of eighteenth-century history in general.

As Community First Responders we respond to emergency 999 calls in our local area and are directed by and support the services of West Midlands Ambulance Service. The Responders are volunteers who are trained to administer first aid in the vital few minutes before an ambulance arrives and are dedicated to the community they serve.

Provision of allotment gardens to the Freemen and Burgesses of Stafford, and also to the public. Special provision is made for education and assistance for new gardeners. Special plots are made available for disabled and other charitable groups.

Provides practical and emotional support and assistance to breast cancer patients and their families. Our Counsellors offer help on a voluntary basis at the same time as working along side the professionals at the local hospital. We also offer a help line service.

Local Fund Raising

The activity of the Trust is to advance the Christian Religion by employing and/or contributing towards the support of a Christian worker or workers, working within the Parish of St. James, Audley.Providing living accommodation or paying or contributing towards the costs and expenses of providing living accommodation.

For the public benefit the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability or financial hardship or other social and economic disadvantage in Dudley and the surrounding area through the provision of items which provide comfort to such people in the community.

Community church

The charity is established to advance in life and relieve needs of young people through the provision of recreational and leisure time activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions in life and provide support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature individuals

Collecting contributions.Arranging charity Balls to sell tickets to attend with raffles and auctions to increase funds.Donate profits to Children and Adults Rheumatology departments in The Midlands and funding for the treatment of Oesophageal and Stomach Cancer and other Cancers, as required.

We run workshops in primary and secondary schools which are music, mindfulness and animal based, they provide a positive message to the children, supporting them in their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Fund raising amongst Mark Masons for the purpose of relief of brethren or there dependents who are beneficiaries of charity and supporting other charities

Support to community organisations and causes that touched George's life; helping to further their public benefit work. This is targeted at those local individuals and organisations operating in Tarvin and the surrounding villages, which seek to promote community cohesion, citizenship, health, physical and emotional wellbeing, advancement of amateur sport and educational needs of the community.
