During the year the Branch financed a range of activities for the Association and was involved with the supervision of welfare payments to ex-servicemen and their families in the Wolverhampton area.

To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for healthy recreation, particularly but not exclusively angling, for the benefit of disabled persons with the object of improving their conditions of life.

We fund and install publicly accessible AED's (defibrillators) across Tamworth and surrounding areas. All our AED's are installed in registered cabinets at key locations registered with the WMAS. New sites are always being identified and funding sought. We also provide CPR and AED training to groups and schools in the surrounding area.

The association was established to educate the public in the art and science of music and in particular the music of brass bands by the presentation of concerts and other activities including involvement in brass band contests.

Grant supports social responsibility work in the Diocese of Worcester with priority to supporting the work of diocesan social responsibility staff and diocesan "Commission for Social Responsibility".

SCOUT GROUPTHE PURPOSE OF SCOUTING IS TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

To provide the community with a hall that is kept in good repair for hire and fundraising events.

The Village Hall provides a place for the local comunitee to hold events as part of it's fundraising activities to maintain it's Grade 2 Listed building status. It also fulfils a need for a meeting place for local events and parties as well as cultural and spiritual meetings.

Maintaining Community Centre for use by all members of Alstonefield and adjacent parishes for leisure, education, personal, and general use for any purpose considered appropriate.

Mayors Balls - Christmas and Spring and Other Fundraising Events

The society promotes, improves and develops public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all aspects by presentation of public concerts and recitals.

Maintaining the fabric of the Church of St Constantine.

Holds functions for the benifit of the local community. Makes building available for use by local people/groups.
