The Haywood Society arranges monthly talks for members with two visits a year to places of local interest. It supports suitable local activities with start up grants. It has published three local history book, no4 in 2014. It tries to study all local planning applications. It assisted in discussions of local interest and the production of "The Village Building Guidelines".

Advance the education of the former pupils of Newcastle-under-Lyme School by:i) fostering extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.ii) engage in activities which support the school and the pupils attending it.Provide sponsorship for former pupils charitable activities. Also produce annual news letters and hold re-union events for former pupils.

Organises arts related events for the community. Supports other community groups where appropriate.

To give financial asststance and grants to young residents of the parish of Gnosall over the age of 18 years, to purchase tools, books, special clothing and equipment required in further education or an apprenticeship.

We raise funds - eg -Fayres, quizzes, coffee mornings, raffles, and also ask the public to support the LoF by arranging events to sraise money for the LoF. All proceeds are used provide items for service users at the Tamworth hospitals - i.e. Sir Robert Peel Hospital and the George Bryan Centre.

Based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, the club aims to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, accordion music. To achieve this it holds beginners' classes, runs an accordion band, holds monthly club concerts to which guest players are often invited, and assists other charities in holding concerts in support of their charity.

We run units of Rainbow Guides age 5 to 7, Brownie Guides age 7 to 10, Girl Guides age 10 to 15, Rangers age 14 to 17 in line with the policy and programme as laid down by Girlguiding UK. Longton Division covers the Town of Longton in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

The music festival runs competitive and non-competitive music classes on the second and third Saturday each November for adults and children in vocal, piano, choral and ensemble music categories.

To promote the Christian religion in accordance with the practices and beliefs of the Church of England including without prejudice to the foregoing, the provision of monies and of residential accomodation for the clergy for the time being of the parish of Odd Rode, Rode Heath, Cheshire. The promotion of such other charitable purposes as the trustees may in their absolute discretion think fit.

Fundraising through events at Westlands School, e.g. Summer and Christmas Fayres, end of term discos etc. All money raised is for the purpose of providing equipment / services for the specific benefit of the children of the school. PTFA funds are spent on the extras that are not provided by the schools budget, thus making school pupils learning experiences more fulfilling and exciting.

To promote high standards of planning and architecture, to educate the public in the geography, history, natural history and architecture, to secure the preservation, protection, development and improvement of features of historic or public interest in the area of benefit.

The advancement of education for the public in the theory and practice of Astronomy, by providing guidance, practical activities, and information on all matters relating to astronomy in its many aspects.Assisting Rosliston Forestry Centre in their educational programme for the public by providing information, and facilities for active participation in astronomical observation.

The Charity is now only run on a voluntary basis using the Mini Bus as it main voluntary service

To advise and assist in the provision of adequate playing fields, sports halls and sports centres in the county of Staffordshire for the purpose of games, sports and pastimes.
