Noah's Ark Nursery Group has been at the heart of Bures village life since 1971, providing quality affordable care and education for local pre-school children. We offer a safe and stimulating environment with a focus on play-centered activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

We aim to provide Scouting of the highest standard available to all young people that wish to join, from boys and girls aged 6 through to 18 years.

Maintenance of the Memorial Library at the Forum Norwich and the wing collections at various Libraries in Norfolk

We promote the whole mission of the Church through regular worship and providing other facilities outside worship e.g. Top Up Shop, Bubbles toddler group, Youth cafe, Monday meals all with educational opportunities. Regular social events are held and we support a local care home with worship services and offer well being support to parents at a local primary school. The building is also hireable.

The activities of the charitable settlement continue to be the establishment of homes for aged or invalid persons being permanent residents of southwold or its vicinity who are in need, and the provision of future care and maintenance thereof.

MSVOF owns Red Gables and Redwoods (the Old Library) and manages them to provide a lively and inviting community hub in the centre of Stowmarket. We offer attractive and affordable office accommodation, rooms for activities and meetings for local organisations and run projects that stimulate community activity, such as the Garden Project and the Redwoods Lunch Club.

Playgroup for 6 month olds to 5 year olds

We have met as a Circuit Meeting of Trustees to plan, discuss and implement decisions in accordance with our current Mission Statement, to further the work of the Methodist Church in the Lowestoft and East Suffolk Circuit.

To provide adequate recreational facilities, playing fields, playgrounds and community centres or other amenities for the benefit of the residents of Claydon & Barham in the interests of social welfare and the object of advancing education, furthering health, relieving poverty, distress or sickness by improving the life of those for whom the facilities are primarily intended.

Provision of pre-school facilities to enhance the education and development of children from the age of two until five.

Management of Village Hall

To relieve the needs of the visually impaired across Suffolk for the public benefit by providing the best support and care so that they can lead rich and fulfilling lives with the highest level of independence and by promoting this objective to members, beneficiaries and the wider communities in which it operates.

Public Worship. Personal space for prayer. Pastoral work, visiting etc. Teaching Christianity through sermons, courses & small groups. Taking religious assemblies in schools. Promoting Christianity through events meetings & literature. Promoting whole mission of the Church through provision of activities for the elderly, families and other groups. Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

The making of grants; to registered charities based in Suffolk and adjacent counties, to National charities; to the advancement of education and historical research relating to Sutton Hoo burial site; to further the education of children and young persons in Suffolk.

The operation of The New Bury Community Centre

Stour Valley Vineyard Church meets regularly to worship, pray, teach from the Bible and encourage one another. We run Storehouse - our compassion ministry including Storehouse foodbank, aiming to help local families and individuals in crisis. We run Alpha courses to help people on their journey of discovering who God is. We've also had baptisms and run numerous 'giveaways' to bless the community.

The charity is a church promoting the Christian Faith to those resident in Suffolk. It also carries out mission activity in Africa and is helping to establish churches there.

The Trust was set up to help extinguish Motor Neurone Disease (MND) for which there is no specific test or effective treatment. The goal for the MND gene-hunting programme is to discover all the genes responsible for causing MND. Once achieved drugs can be screened that can arrest and even reverse motor neurone degeneration. Funds raised by the trust will help to fund the gene-hunting initiative.

The circuit produces a quarterly preaching plan to ensure regular acts of worship take place at each of the 13 Methodist churches in each geographical area. These are open to all people without charge.Work within the community supporting local needs and charities.

Sessional Day Care - Preschool

Mickfield Evangelical Church exists to glorify God, making disciples of Jesus Christ. We hold Sunday services at 11am and 6:30pm, as well as a range of other activities designed to deepen people's faith in Jesus. Our vision is: to see 3 healthy, growing churches established strategically across Suffolk. Our mission is to be one of these, a hub church reaching Mickfield and Mid-Suffolk for Jesus.

The Kernos centre provides counselling and support services to people with emotional and psychological difficulties from a wide variety of causes.

We are the parish church for the parish of Whitton, Ipswich and provide church services for all those who choose to attend. We also provide holiday clubs and services for the young people of our parish
