THE CORE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY ARE THE LINKING OF PROFESSIONAL SCIENTISTS WITH PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS, PROVISION OF RESOURCES FOR SCHOOLS VIA OUR KIT CLUB AND THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR TEACHERS OF SCIENCE AT BOTH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY LEVEL. WE NOW RUN A FORMAL MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME.

Provide affordable studios for artists in all disciplines, particularly in sculpture who are able to use the on-site bronze foundry. Provide work experience and residencies for school children, art students and artists. Work with mental health groups. Organise exhibitions, art classes, visits to the studios to meet the artists and watch a bronze pour. We exhibit widely and hold Open Weekends.

The Adnams Community Trust supports good causes within 25 miles of Southwold. Grants range from £100 to £2,500. National charities may apply providing the grant is for use exclusively within the Adnams Community Trust catchment area. Grants are made under the headings of Health & Social Welfare, Education, Recreation, The Arts, Buildings/Community Facilities, History, Environment/Conservation.

Development of musical talent in a deprived area of south Norfolk, by running instrumental and ensemble teaching activities, for over 100 young people, during a weekly term-time club. Associated concerts, workshops and other events throughout the year, run since 2000.

Relief of poverty and isolation

To provide a half term holiday club during the October half term for children in the NW Ipswich area.To provide a "Steppin'Up" event during the May half term for pupils from the local primary school who have been identified by the School as likely to have difficult making the transition to High School.To run a monthly movie club for young people of the area

Mothers' Union is a Christian mission organization working through it's membership to support families and communities around the world. Our Vision is of a world where God's love is shown through loving, respectful and flourishing relationships. The aim and purpose is to demonstrate the Christian faith in action by transformation of communities worldwide through the nurture of families.

The objects of the charity are to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of choral music in all its aspects by the presentation of public choral concerts and for the general purposes of such charitable bodies or for such other purposes as shall be exclusively charitable as committee may from time to time decide.

Activities include regular public worship is provided free of charge and open to all. Other activities include:teaching and learning; taking assemblies; donations to other charities and our own projects provide public benefit in the relief of poverty and need, often for minority groups with particular needs such as the elderly.

PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMMUNITY CENTRE AND PLAYING FIELDS

The Trust seeks to develop, for the benefit of the public, the College of Our Lady of Mettingham on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, a large country house with a purpose-built Orthodox Church in its grounds as a contemporary centre promoting Orthodox Christian worship, pilgrimage and education. The Trust ensures that the College and church is open everyday and invites people to "come and see".

The charity provides a Village Memorial Hall for the benefit of the local village community and others for recreational, educational and social purposes.

We are a small, experienced rescue service operating in Norfolk rescuing and rehabilitating wild and exotic animals. We are dedicated to providing the best possible treatment for any sick, injured and orphaned wildlife that come into our care, whether that means caring for it ourselves or transferring it onto another facility. We work closely with a network of other specialist organisations.

The project is working with local residents to create much needed facilities for the community. A greenspace with woodlands, gardens, a wildlife pond plus seating and shelter. A playground equipped with wooden structures & exercise equipment for adults & children.

Organising and financing an annual summer day trip, social outings and a Christmas lunch for the senior citizens of the Newmarket area. Provision of donations to other charities and causes with charitable aims.

The provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the parish of Alburgh and neighbouring villages.

The objective of the charity is the regulation of all matters relating to the Rushmere Common for the enjoyment of the public.

The objects of the charity are to advance the education of young people in Norfolk particularly in the fields of the performing ,literary and visual arts; giving young people from diverse backgrounds many different platforms for performance and exhibition in a wide variety of art forms; and enabling them to learn a variety of educational and life skills through participation in creative activity.
