A community hall available to individuals and groups within the Parish of Lakenheath and surrounding areas for educational recreational entertainment and related purposes for all age groups without distinction of age, sex, religious or other opinions.

To run a village hall for the use of inhabitants of Hollesley and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions and in particular for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

It provides support and guidance to individuals with learning disabilities and their families and carers. It helps to raise awareness of the needs of people with learning disabilities by assisting with national campaigns, such as accessible toilets, and local initiatives such as the training of NHS staff.

The children are offered a choice of nutritious snacks and drinks on arrival and are free to choose from a variety of art and craft activities and a range of tabletop games. We have an IT and chill out zone.We provide equipment for physical play activities, both indoors and out. We have full use of the playing-field and adventure play area within the constraints of the necessary supervision.

To promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of chamber music in all its aspects by the presentation of professional public concerts and by such other ways as the society through its committee shall determine from time to time

Activities for local residents and the surrounding communities including a toddler group, yoga, keep fit, art club, ballet, karate, heart rehab and social events. Facilities for the general public to hire for private functions and for special interest groups. Efforts are made to keep charges reasonable for local people.

To raise funds to financially support Halesworth County Library. This is achieved through the organisation of numerous events such as table top sales, street markets and grant funding applications.

Memory Lane Cafe is a weekly meeting place for carers and cared for who are living with dementia. We also welcome those who have been bereaved by dementia. Based in Ipswich, Memory Lane Cafe is open from 11am - 3pm every Tuesday. Our mission is to provide opportunities for friendship, support, activities and a light lunch.

Provision of village hall

Provide sailing facilities for the disabled, with instruction and training, where possible to become independent on the water. RYA instructors and trained volunteers are available to provide instruction and the charity has a fleet of 11 specially adapted sailing dinghies and 4 keelboats; 1 Squib, 1 RS Venture, 2 Waveney Halfdeckers.

The Charity runs the community bulding for the use of the residents of the Parish of Waldringfield. The hall offers wonderful modern facilities for all sorts of activities of various groups in the village for the residents of the village. The charity is responsible for the day to day running, maintenance and compliance of the building on behalf of the community.

TO EDUCATE AND PROMOTE THE STUDY OF MILITARY HISTORY BY VISITING SCHOOLS AND MILITARY ESTABLISHMENTS AS WELL AS HOLDING PUBLIC EVENTS THE PRESERVATION OF MILITARY ARTIFACTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MILITARY VEHICLESTO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS WHERE LEGISLATION COULD AFFECT HISTORICAL MILITARY ITEMS

WE SUPPLY TRANSPORT TO LOCAL CHARITIES AND VOLUNTARY BODIES, WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OUR ORGANISATION, ON A MODEST PENCE PER MILE BASIS TO COVER MOST OF OUR COSTS. SIMILARLY INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS ARE TAKEN ON REGULAR ORGANISED VISITS TO LOCAL SUPERMARKETS. A LIFT ENABLES US TO TAKE DISABLED PASSENGERS INCLUDING A FEW IN WHEELCHAIRS. ALL TRUSTEES AND DRIVERS ARE UNPAID VOLUNTEERS.

Offering relief, support and benefit to those suffering from the effects of a stroke and living in the counties of Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk, by the provision of a range of facilities and activities, so that their condition of life may be improved.

We have approx. 40 groups who hire the Oulton Community Centre on a regular basis for meetings and activities. A member of each group is invited to attend our association meetings. The Centre is also hired out for adult and children's parties.

Dove's Nest Ministries re-home's pre-loved furniture and basic household goods to members of our community struggling to supply these items for themselves. We operate in and around Thetford, Norfolk. In addition to the furniture project we host activities for people exploring the Christian faith in an informal setting outside of traditional church structure.

Provision of a Village Hall for general use

To provide and manage recreational facilities. Playing fields, playgrounds, community centres, social facilities and other amenities of a similiar nature in the interest of the social welfare for the benefit of the community residing in the parish of Hawstead Suffok, the advance of education, the protection of health and pursuing any objects which are deemed in law to be charitable.

Ipswich Gilbert & Sullivan Society is a musical group which performs charity fund-raising concerts during the summer months across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, with a mixed repertoire ranging from classical music and excerpts from G&S operettas to folk, pop and songs from the musicals. In the autumn of each year the Society puts on a fully staged production of one of the G & S operettas.

EARLY YEARS CHILDCARE PROVIDER

Overseeing the management of Bucklesham Village Hall. Activities in the Hall include gatherings by Village Clubs and Societies, meetings, family events and parties and conferences.

The association was established for the relief of disabled people by the provision of facilities for recreation in particular by the provision of boat trips in the Suffolk and Norfolk Broads primarily in the Waveney Valley area with the object of improving the condition of life of such persons

The charity supports archaeological and historical research in the county of Suffolk. It publishes these in an annual paper known as The Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History. It organises lectures, both live and online, and excursions. It publishes books on the history and archaeology of Suffolk.
