We manage and maintain a village hall, a village green, and some allotments for the benefit of local residents.

The purpose of Scouting is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities. Hadleigh Sea Scout Group serve these objectives and that these objectives serve the Public Benefit.

BALC operates on the Norfolk-Suffolk boarder around Bungay. We raise money by various means so that we are able to help people of all ages and abilities who may need specialist equipment, financial or physical help. We will give donations to disaster funds organized by other Lions Clubs.All monies raised from the general public are used it help people in need.

Provision of a hall and playing field for the villagers of Butley, Chillesford, Capel St Andrew and Wantisden.

The Monks Eleigh Village Hall is a community hall with the primary objective of serving the villagers of Monks Eleigh with a venue for clubs and associations, social functions, exercise and sport activities and local business and public sector meetings. People outside the village are also able to hire the venue for similar activities.

Raises funds for the fabric upkeep of St Michael's Church Beccles.

Maintains a listed building containing three almshouses.Provides accommodation for older women.

Raising money from Masonic sources to support both Masonic and non Masonic charitable organisations.

Maintaining, operating and making available to the public, Otley Village Hall and adjoining playing field.

Elmswell School PTA help to raise funds to provide for extra equipment that the school requires.

Sailing and watersports training for young people

Fundraising events with the aim of continuing to provide a village hall and community space for use by the villagers and surrounding parishioners. Allowing the hire of the hall by the general public for well-being, artistic and social events.

Providing funds for educational tools, books and equipment for school pupils. Donations made to local charities.

Ladies choir in South Woodham Ferrers Essex which promotes the declining art of singing; performs in public for the benefit of all and raises money for charitable purposes.

The Trust was established by deed in 1987 as part of the settlement of a new scheme for the Sudbury Common Lands Charity. The trustees are elected by The Freement of Sudbury in quinqueniel meeting. The Trust is able to make grants to deserving Freemen of Sudbury or Widows of Freemen.The Trust makes donations to support deserving projects in the town of Sudbury.

The objectives of the charity are to promote, maintain, foster and advance in the county of Norfolk and parts of Suffolk the training of dancers and choreographers, and dance in all aspects, by providing workshops, summer schools and residencies.

The Choir was formed in October 2009. and consists of about 30 experienced singers who rehearse intensively in the 6 weeks leading up to performances. Roderick Earle the director often selects the more challenging and less well-known repertoire. Tuition is given to student members and the choir assists with fund-raising for other charities by taking part in local festivals and fund-raising events

We organise general charity events eg. fairs, to raise money for the school to spend on equipment or activities for the children.
