The charity is a combination of various charities in Aldeburgh, some hundreds of years old, for the necessitous & deserving citizens of Aldeburgh. The current constituency of beneficiaries includes senior citizens, people in specific sensitive situations, young & young minded people, and people in the development stage of life's experience.

The promotion of the advancement of the education of the public in the cultivation, appreciation and study of the decorative and fine arts and the giving of aid and expertise for the preservation of the artistic heritage of the United Kingdom and other countries for the benefit of the public

The Charity is for the benefit of Mendlesham residents and Parish Church only. Income from assets is divided; half to St. Mary's Church Mendlesham towards repair, electricity, heating, insurance and upkeep of the fabric of the Parish Church and the maintenance of the services therein; the other half goes to the Charitable Account to assist individual sick and needy parishioners of Mendlesham.

Village Hall available for rental to sundry organisations or individuals

Collaborate work with staff, parents and 'friends' of the school to bring people together as a 'family' and local community and engage in activities. Events include Summer fete, Easter bingo, fun bouncy assault course, online balloon race, online lottery, raffles/hampers etc, sale of ice creams in summer and products with designs made or led by the children (eg xmas cards, tea towels, aprons).

Organize events involving Heavy Horses to raise money for the promotion of the breeds.

Castledon Greyhound Rescue provides a safe haven for retired racing and abandoned Greyhounds and actively seeks to find suitable homes to ensure the dogs can live out their full natural lives as domestic pets.

Provide funds for religious purposes within the terms of the scheme.

We exist for the purpose of organising regular Christian worship in Sweffling and for maintaining the fabric of our historic parish church. We contribute financially to Christian mission in the UK and to overseas aid/famine relief.

To promote the education of children and young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years who attend Bungay High School at any time.

The Broomhill Pool Trust is a registered charity No. 1102659. Our objective is to seek solutions to restore Broomhill Pool, the last remaining Olympic length grade II listed lido in Suffolk and Norfolk for full public use. The Trust's activities are to lobby, explore and liaise with Ipswich Borough Council and all interested parties to preserve Broomhill Pool for future generations.

Provide facilities for sport and hold the land in trust for the people of Bramford

Friends of Woodbridge Library organise events and activities in accordance with our charitable objectives and raise funds in support of these objectives. Music, theatre and literature-based events are held throughout the year aimed at both adult and children in the local community.

Our Primary purpose is to create a space in which members can meet to work on individual or community projects for the betterment of the local community; whilst forming connections and offering peer support to one another, shoulder to shoulder.

Rental income from land and income from investments

Charity gives donations to Gt Cornard residents who are suffering hardship, monetary support for students and one off donations at Christmas to care home residents based in Gt Cornard.

School Parents and Friends Association raising funds and holding events for the community around Bosmere School

Bowls is enjoyed by both sexes encompassing all age groups and is available to people with disabilities. Equipment and tuition is available to learners and recruitment is concentrated on the 8 to 18 age group. Younger players learn the discipline of being a team player and all members can participate in county and national competitions. Members also use the pavilion for social activities.

Provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Woolverstone and the neighbourhood without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Maritime talks, exhibitions and allied charitable activities in Ipswich and Suffolk

THE CHARITY RAISES MONEY TO PROVIDE GRANTS FOR WORK ON THE FABRIC OF ST MARY'S CHURCH, HADLEIGH, SUFFOLK AND ALSO THE DEANERY TOWER IN HADLEIGH.

FOSS raise funds to support the village school, subsidising school trips, purchasing equipment requested by the teachers and children, buying books, and enabling visits from various workshops and external groups. We arrange lots of fundraising activities, such as fetes, raffles, bingo, trails and quizzes that the school, families and local community can join in with.

The Broke Hall School Home and School Association raises money through various fund raising activities such as Summer and Christmas Fayres, Discos, Activity mornings etc. Funds raised are used to benefit the children at the school.
