Providing and Maintaining a building to house the interests of Parishioners and others.

Supports the education and expands the voluntary network for the pupils of the school, and within the Parish, Diocese and Catholic schools pyramid. We annually fundraise for other charities, fund extra activities for the children and support the school in their aims. Volunteers also assist daily within the school and provide extra educational experiences.

The trustees are permitted to make grants in relief of poverty to persons living in the ancient parish of St Clements, Ipswich, Suffolk (which broadly comprises the IP3 postcode). The area is quite large and has been extended at various times and a map showing the area is on the charity website (www.johndorkincharityipswich.co.uk)

Raising money to benefit pupils by funding equipment and activities that enrich their school lives. Involving the parent community in the life of the school and organising opportunities for parents to meet and get to know one another.

fundraising for East Bergholt C of E VC Primary School

The charity operates in the Old Newton and Gipping areas of Suffolk. It publishes a village newsletter and operates a lottery which is registered with the Local Authority. Funds are raised from the lottery and from advertisements which appear in the village newsletter. Funds raised are distributed to assist organisations within the charity's area of benefit, in accordance with its constitution.

The Trustees will apply the income and, at their discretion, all or part of the capital of the charity in furthering its objects. The aims and objectives of the charity will be fulfilled principally by channelling grants via The Suffolk Community Foundation to grassroots charities addressing deprivation in Suffolk.

Christmas & Summer Fetes, Easter and Christmas Drawers, School Discos, Sponsered events.

Support of students in higher education by way of a bursary for the purchase of educational books and equipment which is paid termly.

The provision of facilities for persons with learning and physical difficulties within the Clacton on Sea, Frinton on Sea, Walton on the Naze and surrounding area. A social club is operated for people with learning difficulties on a weekly basis and other specialist events are provided on a regular basis. Special parties and trips are also arranged as and when required.

Youth organisation providing training and development activities in line with Naval procedures for male and female Cadets between 10 and 18 years of age.

The organisation has continued to help in the maintenance of the fabric of Holy Trinity Church. No major repairs or large purchases have been made this year.

901Troop Marine Cadets provides opportunities for young people in East Anglia to develop into responsible, dependable and useful members of society. The Troop promote self-discipline and comradeship. The Troop teach the basic principles of leadership in preparation for adult life, through a system of military discipline, Royal Marine ethos, adventorous training and the discipline of music.

We make payments to relieve persons resident in the Parish of Thurston in need, hardship or distress or provide items, services or facilities for such. In exceptional cases relief to persons resident immediately outside Parish can be made.

We raise money to support the treatment and care of people with digestive disorders who live in Suffolk, primarily in the Ipswich area. Money is raised by fund raising activities in the community and used to support the gastroenterology (medical/surgical) department of the Ipswich Hospital including with the purchase of equipment, staff training and out reach services.

Primary School PTA

Annual fete, weekly carpet bowls, bingo, drama, dog training, occasional caravan rallies, parties, craft fayre, quiz night, social evenings & jumble sales.

The objects of Ely Consort CIO are to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of choral music in all its aspects by the presentation of public choral concerts and for the general purposes of such charitable bodies or for such purposes as shall be exclusively charitable as the Committee may from time to time decide.

Community Building available for hire by the Public for Public and Private events. The Hall is primarily used by/for, Local Groups & Clubs, Exercise Classes, Barnham Primary School, Village Events. Other uses include as a Polling Station, Local/Government Information events and Private Functions.
