We organise and support local events to raise funds for charitable purposes. We provide financial and other support towards events and activities provided for our local community. We provide financial assistance in support of national charities that operate in our community and towards overseas disasters. Also, we provide financial assistance to the Rotary Foundation.

The Charity makes grants for any public purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of the area of the Parish of Walsham-le-Willows.

The charity is a combination of various charities in Aldeburgh, some hundreds of years old, for the necessitous & deserving citizens of Aldeburgh. The current constituency of beneficiaries includes senior citizens, people in specific sensitive situations, young & young minded people, and people in the development stage of life's experience.

BECCLES MEN'S SHED WILL PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION BY PREVENTING PEOPLE,INCLUDING OLDER MEN, IN OR AROUND BECCLES FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDED BYHELPING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN WHICH THEY CAN MEET JOINTLY OR INDIVIDUALLY TO UNDERTAKE CREATIVE, PHYSICAL OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, LEARN OR PASS ON SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER SOCIALLY.

We manage subscriptions, donations and legacies in favour of the Health Centre and use the money for the benefit of the patients and Doctors.

Provision of a single single storey ALMSHOUSE for retired bachelors/couples who have resided in the village , let at an equilavent fair rent.

Provision and maintenance of the playing field and sports pavillion for use by the general public and sports clubs

THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONGST PEOPLE WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENT WHO ARE FACING SOCIAL EXCLUSION FROM SOCIETY OR ASPECTS OF SOCIETY BECAUSE OF THEIR IMPAIRMENT, BY PROVIDING THEM WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN CREATIVE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR DRAMA WORKSHOPS AND PERFORMANCES.

General fundraising for Rotary charities,most of our funds are raised at christmas time with our street collection.

Haverhill Local History Museum exists to collect, house, preserve and interpret the history of Haverhill and its surrounding district. The Group also provides a means for the general public to access this local archive material in the Haverhill Local History Museum.

To advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreation and leisure for the benefit of the residents Barrow and the surrounding area.

The Bendall was set up for the benefit of Mildenhall Church of England School as St Mary?s Church of England Academy was known at that time.The Foundation made a large contribution to the enlargement of the Main Hall and has regularly assisted with the purchase of equipment for the benefit of the pupils.
