The charity maintains and runs Westhall Village Hall including the Playing Field and Children's Play Area. We also get involved and organise community events which help maintain our community spirit.

Promoting sport

To provide meals and recreational activities for residents and former residents of Thurston, over the age of 55. The aim is to improve lifestyle of members who are restricted by health, age & poverty. Outings & events are also arranged.

The aim of our Youth Group is to provide a safe, stimulating and friendly environment for the young people of Rendlesham offering information, education, support and above all fun. Our activities include; arts and crafts, pool, table football, Internet use, computer games, karaoke, indoor and outdoor games. We also promote healthy eating through the snacks and drinks we provide.

Cake stalls, Discos, Autumn Fair, Christmas decorations, Easter decorations, 10K and 2K runs, Family Quiz, Turn Up & Ride Cycle Event, Pumpkin and Easter Competitions.

It provides opportunities during the day time for education and recreation for mature people no longer in full time employment.

Letting and maintenance of two alms houses in Sproughton village. Provision of grants to relieve hardship.

We contribute to National; International and local charities in the community .Our largest local donation was to contribute to purchase a wheelchair for a local teenager and award Dictionary 4Life to local schools. We continued to organise and support the Memory Cafe for locals with dementia Our International donations, were to given to the Nepal and Ebola Appeals

To provide assistance to individuals or organisations local to the Woodbridge area who cannot attract sufficient funding from Local Authorities to meet their specific needs

To provide relief for those in need by reason of age, disability, financial hardship or any other disadvantage in Bury St Edmunds through the provision of volunteer-led trishaw rides and the delivery of food and other such essential items.

The main aim of the school is to advance the education of the public in dance, music and carnival arts by such means as the Trustees may from time to time determine, in particular but not exclusively through educational programmes, group tuition, rehearsal workshops and performances in dance, music and carnival arts.

The Settlement supports a range of Charities. In particular charities known personally by the current or former trustees and those dear to Richard Early. Only charities need apply; individuals or students raising funds for goodwill trips will not be considered.

General charitable purposes providing education/training, religious activities and cultural awareness raising. Visits to schools and distribution of educational literature and other similar resources. Working in partnership with local statutory, community and faith organisations.

Distribution of Christmas Day Gifts (vouchers to purchase clothing) to men aged 75 and over and Ascension Day Gifts (vouchers to purchase food and clothing) to persons aged 75 and over. Grants to local organisations.All individuals must live in Sudbury, Suffolk. All organisations must benefit the inhabitants of Sudbury, Suffolk.

THE DALE HALL COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENT AND TEACHERS ASSOCIATION RAISES MONEY THROUGH VARIOUS FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SUMMER FAYRES, QUIZES, SCHOOL DISCOS AND CAMPING NIGHTS ETC. FUNDS RAISED ARE USED TO BENEFIT THE SCHOOL.
