We deliver inclusive, diverse workshops, performances, and cultural events in Newcastle and beyond, specialising in improvisation as a creative tool and life skill. Evidenced to improve mental health, confidence, and social connection, our work promotes lifelong learning, self-expression, and uniting communities.

The trustee(s) distribute the income arising in accordance with the terms of the trust in making grants to such various charitable organisations at their discretion.

The combined purpose is to offer a place for all individuals to get together socially with other people/groups who have the same interest in activities, hobbies, sports etc. Activities are available for all ages. New groups always welcome.

To provide low-cost reliable transport, via three accessible minibuses, to community groups and voluntary organisations in the local area.

Working with a range of Community Centres and Organisations to provide a range of sporting and cultural activities for young people to participate in.

The Sensory Place provide a wide range of inclusive activities for disabled children and their families across Sunderland, County Durham and surrounding areas. This includes social, leisure and sporting activities. We provide safe and non-judgemental spaces where everyone is able to be themselves and where families can meet other likeminded families. We also provide courses for parents and carers.

Running Christian religious activities comprising of Sunday Services and midweek bible study,Organising community development programmes, Welfare, helps, training and development programmes for individuals, supporting other charities and Christien events, and Convening gathering of Christian tagged Inter-Denominational Christian Gathering.

Adoption/Rehoming/Public Awareness of ex racing Greyhounds that have been retired from UK (northeast) tracks due to age, injury or inability

Provide facilities that can be used bygroups in the local community. The main halls are available for groups for a wide range of activities which currently include a toddler group and a choir. New groups are being introduced for arts and crafts that are available to both young and old. All users of the centre are encourage to offer a range of activities within the community to provide friendship.

Clean Slate Financial Wellbeing Services provide support to adults aged over 24 and young people 16-24 who are resident in Newcastle, Gateshead, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside, Durham and whose wellbeing is impacted by their financial circumstances.

The support and treatment of patients and research into breast cancer. The charity achieves these aims by financing the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment unable to be funded by the National Health Service. Furthermore the charity provides funds to support education about breast cancer in the community and maintains a specialised breast cancer library.

The Charity is a Christian Church that provides Pastoral, Evangelistic and Christian Benovelent services. The church provides regular church services, mainly held on Sunday, wedges adn Friday. Due to the pandemic these times have been changed or conducted online through various video sharing platforms.

THE ORGANISATION IS INVOLVED IN EDUCATION, PUBLIC/CURRENT AFFAIRS, HEALTH AND WELLBEING, TRAINING OF ALL WOMEN IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND.

Fightback provides mediation, advocacy and representation to the disabled, refugees, asylum seeker, BME groups, the homeless and destitute. We provide a weekly coffee morning, befriending and drop in service, use of phones, computers, form filling, various health related classes, CV writing, updating U/C journals and food parcels.

Educational meetings and support are provided for Parents/Carers and Professionals who care for children with specific learning difficulties (dyslexia) and related conditions. Information and guidance is offered to families and individuals, and Conferences and Workshops are arranged. Dyslexia Screening, Assessment, Tuition and Group Activities are available for adults and children with dyslexia.

The objective is the advancement of religion for the public benefit by the award of grants to support research and theological reflection on social, economic and pastoral issues of relevance to the mission and ministry of churches of the North East of England and to the communication of the Christian gospel in the contemporary context of the UK.

Takes the Christian message into schools via assemblies, lessons and lunch time clubs. Gets involved in sport in schools and arranges football tournaments.

REGIONAL ORAL HISTORY CENTRERECORD PEOPLE'S MEMORIES/LIFE STORIES TO PRESERVE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS

We provide a large hall and several multi-purpose rooms as a meeting place for community groups/activities.

The study, investigation, description and preservation of antiquities and historical records in general and those of the historic counties of Northumberland and Durham and the historic City and County of Newcastle upon Tyne in particular.
