We are a Christian charity who provide homes for homeless in the North East community, which are supported living via an empowerment worker and each home is linked with a local church to offer friendship & support to our tenants

We play a unique role in educating women and enabling them to build new skills, to take part in wide ranging activities and to campaign on issues that matter to them and their communities.

A drop in centre for people with Multiple Sclerosis, their family and carers. We aim to help them cope with the affects of this disability through therapies, exercise and listening

The team was formed back in the 1970s as a North of Tyne Local Education Authority team in response to an increase in the number of incidents occurring on the hills and fells of Northumbria as outdoor activities such as climbing and hill walking grew in popularity. It became the North of Tyne Search & Rescue Team in the early 80s and more recently became the North of Tyne Mountain Rescue Team

OPERATION OF NEWBURN LEISURE CENTRE

The charity aims to provide low cost, low maintenance accommodation for elderly residents who can demonstrate their need for same. The charity helps to fund these objectives mainly through rent and investment income.

The charity's objects are to support charitable organisations which are based in either Northumberland, County Durham or Tyne and Wear, which largely carry out their work within this region and which promote creativity amongst young people and those who have been deprived of the opportunity to enjoy the arts whether by disability or circumstance.

The charity aims to provide accommodation for deserving cases of women in the city of Sunderland who are in need of support. There is also a commitment to maintain the Almshouses in which the wardens and residents live. This is funded through grants, investments and contributions from residents.

The charity is an evangelical church based in Birtley. The aims of the church are the proclamation of the Christian gospel and the nurture and development of the congregation to participate in this task.

We work with LGBTQ plus people seeking asylum and those who have been granted leave to remain but are unsettled. Based in Newcastle, we cover the North East region. We provide social opportunities where members can meet safely and enjoy each other's company. We work one-to-one with each member helping to provide detailed case information.

Joseph Cowen Lifelong Learning Centre (JCLLC) aims to deliver and promote adult education in the north-east of England.
