The provision of a lending library in Stoneleigh Surrey. The charity is responsible for the day to day running of the library using volunteers. The charity also runs and provides a community room for the use of other groups and local organisations and arranges other activities during the week for children and adults of a recreational social and educational nature.

We have been working this year on raising funds through local events including jewelry sales, rose sales, local church and community sponsorship, sponsored runs, Waitrose charity of the month. It has been a slow year because of the economy although we are now hoping things will start to pick up again.

To advance the education of the pupils at The Greville Primary School, Ashtead, Surrey by the provision of activities not otherwise provided by statutory means, in particular access to swimming lessons.

The Friends of The School continued their many fund raising activities through out the year, enabling the school to have several WoW days which included an Astrodome day, mothers day project and a pantomime to form part of the literacy development.

We fund scholarships, produce educational media, donate books and equipment to schools and colleges, and make donations to other charities involved in education, emergency disaster relief and poverty.

The objects of the Group are for the public benefit to promote the improvement of the standard of driving and the advancement of road safety.

Involves young people in Beavers, Cubs and Scouts

Develop extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school.Engage in activities that support and advance the education of pupils at the school.Provide and assist in the provision of facilities or items for education at the school (not provided by statutory funds) as the committee in consultation with the school may determine.

We work with local schools to support children and young people in gaining experiences that raise self-esteem, confidence and aspirations, in order to open their eyes to possibilities that might not otherwise ween within their reach.

We are a neighbourhood charity that provides practical help and support to people who need it in East and West Molesey. Taking anyone in genuine need to doctors, hospital appointments, libraries, hairdressers and other personal appointments.

Supply meeting room and accommodation for the use of the County Public Library to service the local community.

Monthly meeting with speakers & demonstrations, drama group, walking group, craft group. Monthly outings and local activities.

Once a week lunches for the elderly in the Parishes of Churt & Rushmoor

This charity meets annually and gives small grants to organisations, groups and schools whose members on the whole live in the parish of Ewhurst and Ellens Green, and give benefit to the village as a community. It also supports organisations whose wider influence supports the people of both communities.

We work with Adults and Children with Learning, and or Mental Health Disabilities

grants are given to assist the poor,sick and the elderly to the people of Elstead Parish area

PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL/SPORTS FACILITIES FOR THOSE WITH LEARNING AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. ALSO SOCIAL ACTIVITIES/OUTINGS SEVERAL TIMES PER ANNUM, INCLUDING A WEEKEND AWAY AT, FOR EXAMPLE, A LEISURE PARK. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE SHORT MAT BOWLS, SWIMMING, TABLE TENNIS, BOCCIA, NEW AGE KURLING.
