Woking's New Cinema Club shows a season of films from across the world and years. We aim to enable the audience the opportunity to see films that may have had a restricted distribution. This is balanced with some older films and some mainstream offerings.

We rescue & rehabilitate exotic animals (as well as some domestic species), we also educate & support exotic animal keepers. We provide educational encounters for schools, universities & veterinary professionals & we provide pets as therapy for a wide variety of establishments.

Promotes and stages chamber orchestra concerts which provide platform opportunities for promising young musicians both in ensemble and solo capacities. Performs some rare repertoire not often found outside London. Encourages young listeners with free admission. Provides a valuable cultural and educational service to the local community.

The choir performs a range of different songs which it performs to various groups in the local community. It does not audition for entry and the choir works hard to achieve a high standard for performance. Our two main concerts - at Christmas and in the Summer - usually raise significant sums for 3 local charities each year. As a result of the pandemic, no concerts were held in 2020 and 2021.

To enable individuals to meet and take part in recreational, educational and other events such as exercise and art classes, Young Farmers Club meetings, Parochial Church Council and local Parish Council meetings. The hall is also used as a Polling Station for local and general elections. It also provides an ideal venue for private events, birthday parties and wakes.

Distributing cash to elderly and needy people in the parish

To provide relief, either generally or individually, to persons resident in the parishes of Ash and Normandy who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress.

To provide social activity and entertainment opportunities to local groups and individuals who are either learning and /or physically disabled, suffer with dementia or who are incapacitated in any way, either physically or mentally. The overall aim been to facilitate fun and enjoyment to such groups and individuals, with the intention of enhancing and improving the overall quality of their lives.

Events, agreed by the Burpham Evening WI (such as jumble sales and race nights), are held throughout the year to raise money for the stated WI charities.

House Of faith Chapel operate as Christian Religious organisation., we also do counselling sessions, community activities such as preaching the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. We also organised picnic and offer meals to the communitry.We support the individual who needs financial , emotional support. We meet on every sunday and sharing the word of God and offer prayers for individual .

The charity aims to meet the immediate needs of the homeless, providing arctic-grade, waterproof sleeping bags to rough sleepers. Bags of Hope containing essential items, including toiletries and underwear, are also distributed to those in need.

At present, the main aim of the St. Jude Foundation is to raise funds for the building of a special school for handicapped or disabled children at Mporoto, near Mbeya in Tanzania (East Africa). We appeal periodically to our supporters for funds and give talks to encourage the fund-raising. The special school building is proceeding slowly but steadily.

Besoro Child Foundation provides support in Education and training to poor children in the village called BESORO in the Ashanti region of Ghana.

The objects of the Association are to advance the education of students in Croydon by supporting the work of Croydon Music and Arts (formerly the Croydon Music Service) in running youth orchestras, music groups and other activities to support youth music in Croydon.
