Dedicated to the memory of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the charity's mission is to proclaim the Gospel to German[-speaking] people in London and the South-East. At its Forest Hill church and other places of worship, it offers regular services, religious and social activities in German and occasionally in English. An important aspect of its work is caring for German expatriates and tourists in need.

THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF CHORAL MUSIC IN ORDER TO FOSTER THE PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE AND APPRECIATION OF SUCH MUSIC BY MEANS OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCE. WITH REGARD TO THE LATTER, AT LEAST 3 CONCERTS PER ANNUM ARE GIVEN.

The objects of FACT are to advance the Christian Religion, in particular through the education of children and adults. FACT seeks to meet these objects by carrying out presentations for children and adults in pre-school settings; Consultation work with churches aiding work amongst children and families; The creation, production, demonstration and distribution of 'Time to Share at Home' boxes.

We are a local Christian charity that is passionate about taking the Christian message into schools in and around Woking. Our mission is to share the message with children and teenagers throughout their school life, supporting and inspiring them through Faith, Hope and Love. We work collaboratively with local churches and the community to help build and strengthen connections with local schools.

We hold various events and activities which raise money for St. Martins Infant and Junior Schools, Epsom. These include a Christmas Fair, firework night, discos, film/quiz nights, raffles, second-hand uniform sales and family photo days. The money raised is used to buy extra equipment (eg.for playground/PC/laptops) and activities (eg. tennis lessons) for the children at St. Martins

The principle activities of Forging Futures, the working name of the charity, is to help children, young people and adults feel supported, safe and have access to education, training and employment.

The payment of awards and scholarships to pupils of Croydon High School and to make awards out of the guillon endowment to advance and encourage musical education within the school.

The Charity owns and maintains the village hall and recreation ground for the benefit of those resident in the village and the surrounding area.

Cranleigh Heritage Trust is working towards the restoration of the 15th C cottage that formed Cranleigh Cottage Hospital . Grant funding is being sought to bring the cottage back into community use with health-related activities as the focus.

Staines Shopmobility provides mobility equipment such as wheelchairs to enable people with limited mobility to fully access shops and facilities in Staines town centre. The charity also hires travel scooters and wheelchairs to enable people to visit family or go on holiday. An information service is available to provide information on services and products relevant to older or disabled people.

HLTC provides affordable access to tennis to support its objects. It provides free taster sessions to adults & children and 2 public open days per year. It promotes tennis in local schools, provides free use of courts & facilities to the coaching team to enable them to deliver the tennis programme, access to which is available to members and non-members alike (the latter pay a small visitors fee).

THE EIGHT SELF CONTAINED BED SITTING ROOMS, SEPARATE KITCHENS AND SHOWER ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 60. A LARGE GARDEN SURROUNDS THE BUILDING, WITH A SUMMER HOUSE, ENABLING RESIDENTS TO PLANT THEIR OWN GARDENS TO THEIR DWELLINGS.

The organisation undertakes social and fundraising events with the intention of:- 1. Promoting extended relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. 2. Supporting the school in the educational advancement of the pupils attending the school. 3. Providing and assisting in the provision of equipment and facilities not normally provided by LEA.

The aim of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils at the school by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education, not normally provided by the Local Education Authority.

The Basement Door (TBD) is a charity which advances the education of young people, aged 13 to 22, by providing training and experience through live music events. Young people learn new skills, gain confidence and make connections, through The Basement Door community. The skills they develop whilst working with TBD help them secure employment.
