To enhance the experiences of our students by working in partnership and the community with families and other organisations to provide additional opportunities outside of the core offer education funded by the local authority.

Participation in Scout activities for Boys and Girls aged 6 to 14

At SVBT, we perform the following:1. conduct spiritual programs, ceremonies and rituals2. Promote yoga & meditation3. Teach classical & traditional Indian vocal, music & dance4. Promote vegetarianism & Eco Living5. Advance education in Hindu culture, traditions & history

Management of the village hall for the purpose of letting the hall and furniture to the public for private events, meetings and classes in order to meet the costs of maintenance and improvements to the hall. Further events are organised by the management committee to provide a range of social, cultural, educational and physical activity opportunities for local people and to raise further funds.

The WI exists to educate and inform our members with a variety of subjects and through a variety of media.We have speakers regularly, participate in and organise craft and exercise classes and arrange outings.

Community drama group that aims to promote understanding of and participation in theatre.

To advance the education of the pupils in the school in particular by:1) developing effective relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school;2) engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of pupils.

The Charity supports the Shepherd's Hospice and The Connaught CPU in Freetown, Sierra Leone, by making grants to it, supporting a visiting doctor, and making occasional visits. Funds are raised by a variety of fundraising events, and from donations from individuals and organisations.

The provision of Scouting activities for young people aged 6-14 years

Foster a mutual understanding between parents, teachers and governors and all associated with the adminstration of the school and to assist the school in obtaining amenities in addition to those provided through the normal annual grants and estimates of the Education Committee.

As a unit of the Scout Association we have provided a full and active programme of education and training for young people. We have maintained a good balance between our plans for improvements to our premises associated facilities, cash flow and fund raising with concentration on leadership and recruitment.

Raises funds for maintenance, activities or equipements for St Cuthert's RC primary school that would not otherwise be available.Children of the school must benefit directly from the funding.Promotes and nurtures the community spirit between the school staff, the pupils, the parents, and to a lesser degree the members of the catholic parish of Egham, through the activities organised.

The charity administers 4 almshouse dwellings for elderly people in housing need

Lectures and teachings discussed of The Bhagavad Gita

The study and practice of choral music, and fostering public knowledge and appreciation of such music by means of public performance. To support and participate in the Leith Hill Musical Festival.

Management of Allotments in Walton on Thames and district in the interests of social welfare for recreation/leisure time with the object of improving their conditions of life.To promote for the benefit of the public, the conservation, protection and improvement of the environment around the allotments, especially through the conservation of natural resources, wildlife diversity and learning.

Aid sick, aged - generally local people with a need, particularly with travel expenses to and from hospital. Small purchases of items to add comfort to those in need. Distribution of funds at Christmas time. Donations to local surgery toward medical items needed, plus sums to local charities.

GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES

To improve educational facilities through provision across Africa.

Relief in need for persons living within the ancient parish of Cobham and Downside, Surrey, only. Funding is from ancient legacies and distribution is in accordance with the governing Scheme reflecting the terms of those legacies.

The promulgation of Christian Faith through street Evangelism and presentations at the university; to offer support & the promotion of gospel values to young people in Guildford and it's environs through seminars; to seek to promote the Gospel and it's values in countries in Africa by funding outreach and charitable donations.

Organising social events to raise additional money for the school

Cornerstone Counselling exists to provide counselling services to adults & couples from diverse backgrounds and varying social - economic contexts, living or working in the N.E.Hants / Berks / Surrey border area

Providing grants towards the cost of sunday schools in connection with Esher Parish Church.
