The charity promotes arts and culture for the benefit of the public, in part but not exclusively by:Supporting young performers;Organising art exhibitions and concerts for the benefit of the public to promote choral music, and;Creating opportunities for cultural exchange.

The charity aims to promote and protect the interests of residents on all matters affecting or likely to affect Horsell, providing focus for residents' views to be brought to the notice of relevant authorities on matters which affect the interests of residents. To support and promote social and benevolent activities for the benefit of residents and raise funds in support of these activities.

Local charitable work and worship

Members of Downland Chorale belong to the choir to enjoy rehearsing and performing together. Founded over 40 years ago, membership varies between 50- 60, and covers the full voice range. Members fund rehearsals and performances, but members of the public are invited to attend our concerts to help defray costs. We currently have no sponsorship or local authority funding.

Our efforts are focused towards the elderly members of the society with a mission to be compassionate and sympathetic towards their hardship, loneliness and abandonment.Our aim is to secure reductions in the poverty, isolation and deprivation of elderly and young children, and making a difference in their lives.We also grant urgent medical help for one off cases facing life threatening conditions.

Self help education for people not in full time gainful employment

Relief of financial need and suffering among victims of natural disaster or other kinds of disaster in the form of money (or other means deemed suitable) for persons, organisations and/or countries affected.

The Trust Deed permits any charitable purpose. In practise most grants are made as indicated under A13.

Infant & Nursery School

The objectives of the charity are to advance the education of the pupils in the school in particular by developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school and engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.

Raises funds to support Tiffin Boys School, organises events to inform and support parents and pays grants to school in support of specific activities.

Promote the education of the general public in the appreciation of music by public performance.

We are a youth organization for children between to ages of 10 and 18. We are a unit in the Sea Cadets and follow the Sea Cadet rules and regulations. Our actives include canoing, sailing, pulling (rowing), drill, camping, swimming, entering competitions for those actives mentioned and many other things.

AS A SUPPORT STRUCTURE TO THE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT, AND A FUND RAISER FOR SPECFIC CAPITAL PROJECTS. AS A SOCIAL AND COMMUNITY GROUP WITHIN THE SCHOOL AND THE WIDER BUSINESS COMMUNITY.

Christian presence on Reigate High Street offering Books, Cards, Resources and Welcome to those who Drop-In. Also a base for other Christian Activities including Sparkfish (School and Youth work) and Street Pastors.

Part of the International Scouting Movement involving both boys and girls 6 years and older.The purpose of scouting is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

Raise funds for the general assisstance of both local,regional and international needy groups and individuals.

Fund repair and maintenance of St. John The Baptist Church, Capel .

Warlingham Village Hall provides building facilities and space for the use of the general public for sports and recreation activities.

We make grants to strict and particular baptist chapels in the county of Surrey and surrounding counties.
