Advancing education in Japanese language, culture & customs to school age children through the running of the Kent Japanese School which meets on Saturday mornings at Brockhill Park Performing Art College, Hythe, Kent, and encouraging educational & cultural exchanges between England and Wales and Japan

The museum provides collections of objects and records illustrating the area, for examination and research by members of the public. It provides visits for and to schools for educational purposes and visits to organisations within the area to further knowledge of their district and its surroundings. The museum liaises with other museums and organisations within the County of Surrey.

The running of a Community Cafe, including a takeaway service, used mainly, but not exclusively, by older people. The provision of a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for people using the cafe.

Fundraising is key to the Parents Association, with regular events including the Christmas & Summer fair, quiz night, movie night, Valentine's disco and cake & lolly sales throughout the year. The biennial summer ball made a big contribution. Income was paid out to purchase a new play-frame, dance & arts workshop, panto, leavers hoodies, literacy sacks, banner & upkeep of the school minibus.

The object of the Society is to study, rehearse and perform choral works in order to foster musical knowledge and appreciation.

FRoGS is a Parent Teacher Association charity. Its members are parents of children at The Grange and all school staff. The charity is run by an elected group of trustees appointed annually. The trustees and other appointed volunteers form the Committee and organise events throughout the school year. The key aim is to raise funds for the school and build relationships.

As a village hall charity we make available the building and its facilities (kitchen, snooker, changing rooms, stage, toilets etc) to local organisations (eg W.I, dance, exercise, toy library, art group, summer students) and sometimes to local individuals for private events. We organise public events from time to time, eg skittle evenings, quiz evenings, coffee mornings, concerts, shows, markets

presentation of public concerts and recitals to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects; and for the general purposes of such charitable bodies or for such other purposes as shall be exclusively charitable as the trustees from time to time may decide. Singing rehearsals leading to 3 concerts a season.

Trust objectives are to assist social and charitable projects in the Surrey parishes of Merstham and Gatton and to give aid to local residents facing hardship and to encourage sporting and recreational facilities for young people in this community.

Rose Opera promotes and presents opera as an art form in the most musical, beautiful and elegant way possible. We aim for the highest musical and artistic standards in everything we do. We support young performers at the start of their careers, and we benefit the communities of the South West London area, in which we operate. We are run by experienced musicians and musical administrators.

The principal activities of the church are christian worship, involvement in various ministries and ministers of religion propagating the Christian Doctrine to members and non-members who seek to learn and develop an understanding of the Gospel through the various meetings provided by the Church.

The Wallington and Carshalton Women's Institute is a community based organisation for women in our local area. Our main group meets monthly where we have a wide range of speakers and general conversation. We run many groups for our members from Gardening and Craft to Book club and Walking groups. We Offer Friendship a Education to our members.

To establish and run a sports pavilion and to promote for the benefit of people living in and near Capel, without discrimination, the provision of facilities for healthy recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities in the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said people.

To support the Heather Ridge Infants school providing equipment and resources they would not be able to provide with their own budget.

The Charity allocates funds raised by the Mayor's of Spelthorne to support charities providing benefits for the residents of the Borough of Spelthorne.
