We are a playgroup for pre-school children, in the grounds of Brook Field School in West Swindon.

The focus of the charity's work is to provide help and support to children and young people caring for a member of their family who may be disabled or suffering from mental health problems , substance misuse or have a long term or terminal illness. Young carers benefit by being involved in a range of activities to have a break from their caring responsibilities and regain their childhood.

Individual advocacy; information and advice; weekly support group; weekly social group; volunteering opportunities; individual career advice & guidance - for adults with Aspergers Syndrome living in Swindon; signposting for support for parents & carers.

To promote and participate in the advancement in life of young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in life as independent and responsible individuals. To promote social inclusion and build community togetherness; advance education and welfare, nurture enterprise, citizenship and promote Islam through Mouridism for the benefit of the public.

The provision of affordable artist's studios. Educational, workshop and cultural development. Artist's hub, exhibitions and creative learning.

PROVIDE EDUCATION & LEARNING TO 2 - 4 YEAR OLDS IN A SECURE AND HAPPY ENVIRONMENT THROUGH PLAY. CHILDREN ATTENDING OUR PRE-SCHOOL USUALLY LIVE WITHIN WEST SWINDON.

We meet in Markham Hall, Wroughton. We hold a Sunday worship service, and mid-week Bible study, occasional church social events, and seasonal family events for the wider community. Our parent and children's group meets x3 times per month in term time, in the local community centre. We meet in private homes for mid-week Bible study and prayer. Our building is a hub for Swindon Food Collective.

Among manyactivities, the church is engaged in the following comunity-based activities:-1. Regular visits to Women Refuge2. Involved in Macmillan Cancer UK Fundraising activities.3. Yearly Men/Women/Children Day celebration activities.4. Movie Night - open to the general public5. Bi-Year Revival 6. Various Summer activities including Kids outing, Church Summer Outing etc.

To raise money for local, National and International Good Causes and Charities, and toprovide physical and financial assistance to those in need.

SYFC predominately work in schools taking lessons, assemblies, mentoring, lunch clubs and after school clubs. We cover a variety of issues -self esteem/self worth, respect, relationships, etc. We run social action projects across the area and also a couple of monthly events where young people can explore the Christian faith.

The promotion of efficiency of the Armed Forces of the Crown by the provision and support of facilities and activities for the well-being of Service (Officers Mess) personnel.

To assist the spiritual, moral, educational and physical needs of deaf and hard of hearing people in the Diocese of Salisbury and the Deanery of Swindon

Training/development for effective practical application of objectives. Courses for public benefit: Healing conferences and inner healing, available to all local churches and individuals; financial support to local charities, food bank, homeless, and international crises; and support to Schools and Care Homes. Christian counsel to children, familiesor individuals online or in person.

THE BAKAU COMMUNITY PROJECT views good housing and education as a human right. We aim to promote social inclusion for public benefit by preventing homelessness, social exclusion, believing the needs of those who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate in society and achieve a life of stability, happiness, and independence.

We offer a free cooked breakfast for anyone who needs it. We welcome people who are homeless and those at risk of homelessness, everyone is welcome, and you do not need a referral.We give our guests the chance to meet and socialise in a warm and friendly place. We also signpost our guests to local support services including housing, welfare, and addiction support.

Promote a culture of welcome, inclusion and support for everyone in Swindon with a focus on those seeking sanctuary.We do this by bringing people and organisations in our community together, providing practical support through projects, running community events, raising awareness and campaigning for social justice, therefore contributing to the wider, national movement that is City of Sanctuary.

Alternative Angels supports Swindon's most vulnerable, including survivors of abuse, those facing homelessness due to financial struggles, and individuals battling addiction. Alternative Angels is dedicated to enhancing well-being. Our core mission revolves around providing essential aid, hot meals, clothing, and furniture, to uplift lives, improve circumstances, and promote holistic wellness.

In order to fulfil our purpose, our activities include an annual "Arts, Nature & Nurture Festival; providing therapeutic, art & craft groups for people referred on a social prescription; public workshops with access for all; family art and craft sessions throughout the year, a monthly dementia group for carers and the cared for; open art exhibitions; connecting with nature events.

For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of cats in need of care and attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or other facilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals, and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among cats.
