Age UK Wiltshire promotes the well-being of all older people in Wiltshire, Swindon & Southampton through offering information and advice, befriending, Carers support, Welfare Checks with Meals Service, activity groups and supporting community day services. At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years. We work in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.Members of our experienced care team support each family at home with short periods of respite, advice, terminal nursing care and bereavement support.

Wiltshire Citizens Advice aims to provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community, to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services and to ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or an inability to express their needs effectively.

The Society offers a comprehensive adoption service that includes recruiting, assessing and preparing adoptive families for some of the most vulnerable children in the UK, supporting child and family throughout the adoption process and beyond; working with birth parents who may be considering adoption for their child and providing counselling services to adopted people and their relatives.
