Age UK Wiltshire promotes the well-being of all older people in Wiltshire, Swindon & Southampton through offering information and advice, befriending, Carers support, Welfare Checks with Meals Service, activity groups and supporting community day services. At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years.
