Activities undertaken by the International Network for Development reflect the charity's object to advance education and relieve poverty anywhere in the world. Current projects focus on developing multilingual education in India, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Nepal and England.

GFAJ supports development and growth of agricultural journalism, helping to improve agricultural development and public understanding of food and agricultural systems throughout the world. We provide financial assistance, education, training, support and advice; and organise activities including conferences, workshops, tours and seminars to educate journalists, communicators and media workers.

The Reginald Ames Charitable Trust was established to provide grants and donations to various charities and other organisations in tea-growing regions worldwide. Eleanor Foundation (UK) works in conjunction with Eleanor Foundation, a Guernsey registered charity and Eleanor Foundation LBG (Tanzania). Work undertaken by the charities includes the provision of a Health Centre and Dispensary at Mtundu, shallow wells, school latrines, solar lights and the establishment of clean water and hand washing programme in the Chato and Biharamulo districts of Tanzania.

The charity aims to support vulnerable children in Tabora. The region has a high death rate with many children being orphaned and forced to live with extended families who are already struggling to survive. Education levels are low and unemployment high which creates a catalyst for poverty. The charity therefore aims to support them with their education, provide nutritious meals and medical care.

MOSAIC is committed to protecting human rights and fighting human trafficking and modern slavery through partnerships, advocacy, and education. By offering support, conducting research, and providing direct services, MOSAIC enables communities to identify trafficking risks and aid survivors. MOSAIC also plans to expand outreach, address trafficking cases, and launch a multilingual website.

We collect used Prosthetic Limbs that can not be reused in this country, they are sorted, stripped and sanitised in readiness to be shipped to disadvantaged countries that have a need for used prostheses and their component parts.

The Piers Simon Appeal runs School in a Bag (SIAB) - an initiative that distributes rucksacks filled with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils to poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster affected children around the world.SIAB runs many events including Home Farm Fest, a 3 day music festival held at the charity HQ in SomersetThe charity has 4 employees and 2 part time volunteers

Making grants to charities and organisations working to relieve poverty and it's effects both in the UK and abroad and occasionally to individuals suffering financial distress. Also making grants to charities and organisations working with the abused and deprived.

Provision of emergency medical resources and emergency medical training to under-resourced and remote hospitals and healthcare staff.

Moja Pamoja works to advance education projects in rural Northern Tanzania. We develop strong links with local communities to achieve our goals and together we aim to make a real difference in the lives of poor and marginalised people. During the last year we started the build (after a short delay from last year due to weather) of a much-needed teacher housing in a rural primary school.
