Day Centre care for the elderly - to provide support and relief for the aged

TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE DISTRICT OF KETLEY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

We create and maintain a public trail honouring veterans in Telford, educating the public, supporting remembrance, and promoting community involvement. We run events, maintain plaques, and work with schools and organisations to raise awareness.

Financial help to poor and needy and widows of former members of the Masonic Lodge.

We serve God through the following activities:On Sundays we start church at 2pm and finish 4pm. During these hours we begin the service with Prayers,Bible studies,we offer Praises and Worship to God,Pastors preach Sermons to the congregation and we take offertory ( TITHE).Prayer meetings on Fridays.All these activities are led by the shepherds (Apostle Emmanuel Afram and Pastor Philip Gyau

Improving Road Safety

Mythstories works with words, keeping oral heritage alive. We run a museum; organise projects and events to celebrate the heritage art of storytelling; link stories to landscape; share stories for community cohesion. We use storytelling as a gateway to literacy and communication skills. All age groups get involved in projects or visit the museum. Users are usually young people and families.

RURAL COMMUNITY CHARITY, FUND RAISE FOR LOCAL COMMUNITY, PROVIDE USE OF PREMISES FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS & CLUBS WHO MEET IN OUR VILLAGE HALL

The Bridge School Parent & Friends Association provide funds to the school for equipment and activities. We raise funds through raffles, fun days, lotteries

To manage a building for holding communal activities and for hire to local residents of the civil parish of Waters Upton and groups operating therein

We hold weekly workshops - split into age groups (Minis, Juniors and Seniors) exploring a termly theme.These weekly sessions culminate in an end of term showcase which is open invite to members of thecommunity allowing our young people to perform, stage manage and design.These weekly workshops are supported by large scale youth and community performances.

Uniformed youth organisation providing a wide range of activities for young people aged 5-18 years

Provision and maintenance of community building for use by all/any members of the local, Shropshire, and National community.Organisers of social/fund raising events.

PROVIDING ACCESS TO YOUNG PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO THE SPORT OF TAG RUGBY.

Meet & greet evenings, with occasional speakers, outings to interesting places on side lift coaches. Fund raising. Free information booklets on arthritis and related conditions.

Providing sailing for adults and children with learning difficulties and or disabilities, in Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire area

Fundraising within our primary school by volunteers such as Christmas fayres, discos, sweet shop, arts and crafts

Building Management Committee for Lilleshall Youth Centre Building

We are a volunteer group working alongside West Midlands Ambulance Service to provide emergency response and care in the Broseley, Ironbridge and Much Wenlock areas of Shropshire.

To raise money to assist children in school

We organise local sustainability events at community centres or other locations within Telford and Wrekin. We organise 'swaps' where the public can bring items to swap or can take items for a pay as you can donation, have an eco library, offer recycling facilities via Telford Terracycle. We invite other eco organisations and individuals to attend our events to share information/activities.

The charities activities are based around fundraising events to support the children with physical and associated sensory difficulties at Penn Hall School. All monies raised go directly to the provision of equipment, activities and opportunities for the children aged 3 - 19 who attend Penn Hall School.
